I choose to stay in this hotel whenever I travel in Prague as it is the best Ibis in Prague, in terms of service quality, room condition as well as location. No doubt, I will stay in this hotel again if I visit to Prague next time.

Big room with modern design. Only difficulty was to bring the car in Parking. Our Car is 5 meter long and 2 meter width and it was very challenging

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for business. Upon arrival, I was not offered the welcome drink but I received a voucher when I specifically asked (overall, a weird experience). I liked that the hotel encouraged guests to skip room cleaning. I skipped this for two days and I was only awarded points for one day. This hiccup was somehow compensated by the fact that I could conveniently add my taxi fares to the hotel room bill. The final impression: additional hustle was generated at checkout by the automated creation of a brand new Accor Hotels user account - not sure if it was just an error of the hotel staff, anyway not a nice experience. Ok for a short stay, not in the top list for the next trip to Prague.

On the other hand let mi kindly assure that the points for skipping the cleaning were charged to correctly as per our rules which are following - we do charge 200 Rewards points. For stays longer than 7 nights, you will receive 500 points! If you want your room cleaned, please remove the door hanger before 4.00 p.m. Points are credited once per stay. « It seems the IBIS-net needs a reboot »

The hotel is not bad, clean, the staff as a whole are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent - Old Town Square is less than 1 km from the Hotel. But, placing a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER in the parking was too problematic, and ... The traditional IBIS “disease” recurring in my last visits to this net of hotels (08/28/2019 - Budapest https://www.accorhotels.com/en/hotel-1688-mercure-budapest-castle-hill/index.shtml#section- Reviews): The maids several times in the morning, without knocking, opened the door with their keys, possibly hoping to clean the room, and when they saw me they asked for forgiveness and left. What is the reason? Check-out is at 12 o’clock, why is it so annoying to open the door with a master card, and enter without knocking?

Overall our stay in the Prague Ibis was pretty good. Location was fantastic, room wasn’t too bad except perhaps a slightly bigger fridge? Breakfast was average for the price.

I was upgraded to the 9th floor which seems a newly renovated floor. The room is quite chic. The only complaint there is no facial tissue in the room. Good value for money.

The room smelled badly, the shower has not been cleaned for 3 days, I received a wake-up call at 5:15am which I did not ask for & there was no food in the hotel in the evening. The receptionist was unfriendly.
