You owe Gabriel (front office) and Sarah (house keeping manager) a lot more than a big "thank you". Without the huge efforts of these two of your team, I was about to turn around and leave your hotel two days early. They both know the details, just as your new front office manager does. To sum it up, it is not OK to back track on a promise made to a hotel guest, so that a "super VIP" (a good friend of the hotel owner!!!) can get a perk. It is absolutely not OK to later arrogantly deny that the promise was even made (blatantly lie in the face of the hotel guest, trying to make the person feel like a second class idiot). As I said Gabriel and Sarah made the extra miles to try and repair the damage to your brand and hotel reputation. You owe them, you are in their debt. You will have the second chance, thanks to them.

Our rates are very competitive, a room price of CHF 96.— (60/100 price/value by 165.—) is not offered in Zurich. The ibis budget at the Airport sells rooms at ca CHF 98.— I belive we never met, please let me know what the missunderstanding is? « Adequate accommodation for a short stay »

Whilst in a good location for trams and access to the train station. We noticed that on our booking form (when checking in) we had been allocated a different room number to the one we were given keys for; we are not sure why this happened. The room we were allocated was quite dark, with poor lighting (no ceiling light only two lamps and a desk lamp). It overlooked a smoking area and bins. The bathroom was quite tight with a shower over the bath. Getting in and out of the bath was quite difficult with little room to move due to the shower screen and there was no handrail to assist against the risk of slipping. We didn't feel welcomed on arrival however the gentleman who was on reception later in the evening was much more friendly. The only instructions we found in the room said to view the website for information on the hotel but no details on how to access the wifi. A bit disappointing overall.

The Ibis budget at the Airport sells rooms ca CHF 98.--/135.-- per night. Your room number 118 was given after the printout and market on the registration form. The back yard is public space and we have no influence on the smooking behavior of the people outside our property. WiFi has a free accses just by acctvating the smartphone. The Guest-, Hotel information is in digital form and can be acctivated trough a QR Code. « Pleasant short stay in Zurich »

The experience was very good, excellent in fact. I liked the room, it's size, bed size, decor, lighting and the facilities for tea coffee making with adequate supplies. The welcome drink was good, I took Swiss red wine. The room had like Nespresso coffee machine with bullets, sugar, cream, etc. The bathroom was very nice and clean with all the required gadgets. There was head shower in addition to hand shower. The location was also very good and can be reached from the Airport or the main Station very easily by public transport. Overall, very good experience.

Quite disappointed with the stay. After having stayed in Accor hotels for many years, first time had the experience of given a very small room, which is similar to the high Street budget hotels. Requested the front desk for a change of room, which was not done stating the staff was not there and will look into it next morning. Then they forgot about that. The service was disappointing even after being a silver member.

We had a short and pleasant stay here. Room was comfortable and clean. Facilities were sufficient. No aircon here. Still ok in the night when temperature is lower. TV has many channels, however, insufficient Sports channels in my view.

We stayed there 3 days 2 nights. The first day breakfast we were on 6.30 am. the cold food was ready but it was advised that the hot one would be ready after 7 am. We wereokay with that. As we were in hurry to having the breakfast and we could not spend much time at that time, we just ate what was ready at that time. We should leave the hotel as soon as possible. In this stage, just be sure that food is ready and complete when breakfast time is open. One important thing that we thank you that we can check-in earlier without additional charges. It was very helpful as my husband just arrived from the long-haul and he had to wait me for the workshop @5pm. He could take the rest until we met in the hotel.
