Breakfast menu taste so bad Room with old furniture and bad maintenance (look dirty) For the bathroom because the air flow not good. The Towels smells like havent washed before.

The service was good, also the food was in great flavour of taste and wide variety of choices. One thing that should be improved is the room floor. That wood floor was really noisy when I stepped up on it, every time I walk on it. Sometimes I feel insecure for that floor. You should take a big concern about this. Thanks.

At the first time of our arrival, I was asked whether there is an access lift for an elderly guest (or wheelchair user) from the basement parking area. Sadly, a custodian said "no" (maybe he is a trainee one). So my mom had to climbed up the stairs to reach the hotel's lobby before we finally found that there is a lift from the basement parking area to reach our rooms. The restaurant service is very good. The waitress is willing to help elderly guests for their meals. Overall, everything is excellent.

i checked in July 27, and checked out July 28 at Novotel Semarang, after checked out me and my family went to the Paragon mall in front of the hotel, and my car was still in the hotel. then after finish from mall, we took the car and when we were at the hotel exit gate, the security was asking whether we stayed at the hotel or not (because the security noticed that we just got back from the mall, and seemed the hotel staff also notice us and asked the security to interview us). i understand if the hotel afraid that people might just use the hotel as parking lot to go to the mall, and if you want to make sure that your hotel is not being used as parking lot, then better to create a parking system, ,maybe like parking stamp for staying guests/ meeting a staying guest / have meeting or event at your hotel and if no stamp then there is parking fee per hour. i think that's more proper to do especially in hospitality industry rather than interviewing every guest on exit gate.
