« Perfect stay »

We had a wonderful stay , the staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. There is nothing I can fault. Rooms are always clean and beds lovely and comfortable. We spent most of the day around the smaller adults pool, and it was very peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. With the press buzzer, a staff member was quickly around to take drink orders. We spent half our stay in a villa, and again it was fantastic and very beautiful pool and cabana. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

« The grounds, the pool area, the welcoming staff and clean rooms made this a memorable holiday »

From the first welcome at the front desk to the final goodbye...we could not fault anything during our stay. The grounds are a highlight. The pool area, the breakfast dining room and our room were all clean and well looked after. An issue with our TV was fixed immediately. A special acknowledgement to the friendly and attentive staff. We look forward to returning soon.

The old world charm of the Royal Beach M Gallery Hotel, as well as the beachfront location provides an excellent scenario for a relaxing holiday in Bali. We found the excellent, attentive staff were only too willing to assist wherever possible and provided an extremely friendly atmosphere for the whole family during our 7 day stay. Location Great Hotel Great Service Good: Service was great with only a couple of area's requiring attention: Service from the Pool Bar is terribly slow. Coffee is Terrible - Hotel of this quality needs a Barista which would pay for itself. People would pay for quality coffee Communication to Guests about what his going on is almost non existant. We are used to having daily updates in our room of temperature, what is happening today/tomorrow, activities available/on offer and tips and suggestions. We found out about things you do but after the event and just by chance Generally though the staff are terrific and service is very good. It is a place that I would come back to.

Arrived after a long 12 hours drive and ferry from Lombok. Was really happy to have been recognised with the loyalty programme ACCOR has for its members. Got into a great Villa really close to all the amenities and the staff were really great and very friendly. Food was really nice.

Lovely check in. There was no upgrade as the hotel was busy. The rooms are a little tired but have all the amenities (I note the environmentaly safer option of refillable shampoos etc). The service is impeccable and the food was incredible. The GM cocktail invite was a nice touch but we didn't get to t a lk to him which was a shame. All in all it was a nice stay. Thanks

The hospitality is very gracious, nothing is too much trouble. This hotel has a traditional “Old World” Balinese style decor. The surrounding gardens are immaculate and very peaceful. We did not have breakfast included in our package but we should have. We ended up having breakfast here every morning and it was our favourite part of the day. Food was yummy and plentiful and sitting dining by the pool and beach with the piano playing just added to the ambience. I might also add that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the live bands by the beach each evening with a cocktail or two. This was our first stay - we usually stay in private villas. Our stay here has spoilt us and it would be difficult to stay anywhere else now.
