Staying at the Novotel was quite pleasant, our only disatisfactions were:- Noise transmitted when adjoining rooms close entry door. Daily supply of tea/coffee sachets to room was haphazard. Disliked paper cups could not reuse. Great location to underground train and shopping arcade.

Checkin was annoying as it was 10pm, there were two other people in line before me. There was other staff in the back office, but the only man checking in guests did not bother calling for a colleague to speed up the process!! Secondly, I barely had enough toilet paper in my room. That’s the least I would expect from a room.

Booked to stay at the Novotel Messe as I was working at the very nearby Munchen Messe, from the moment we arrived very happy with the welcome and the speedy check in. Ideally positioned for the Messe and surrounded by a stunning arcade of shops and restuarants.

My experience staying with you was really bad. I asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke and there were clear signs somebody smoked in this room recently: Burn marks from dropped ash or cigarettes on the carpet near the window and cigarette ash on the small balkony. TERRIBLE! From 10pm till about 2am in the morning there was terrible noise from outside in front of the main entrance form a croud of people but Novotel stuff would not stop them - I pay for this room in order to sleep and that was a BAD EXPERIENCE! The floor on the breakfast buffet was awfully sticky - I wonder when it has been cleaned last time - CLEANED! NOT SMUDGED SUGAR/SIRUP.

Very good service except for a booking agent who refused to change the dates of our stay by 24h. I had a flexible corporate rate but this lady maintained that she could not do it. I told her that exactly the same change was not a problem at the Sofitel in SXB, but she could not find anything more helpful than to answer "I am not the Sofitel in Strasbourg". Of course, the central reservation of Accor which I called just after made the change in one minute.

As a gold member I hoped that the hotel will take into consideration my preferences, which is a quite room on the highest floor. Unfortunately I go a room on the second floor with no option to change and with windows to the street. The air conditioning was also loud, so in the end I did not sleep well in your hotel. And this is the most important part of the overall hotel experience.

It was the best ever stay for me in eny hotel i have been in. The staff were very helpful and with a big smile on thair faces. The breakfast was delicious and.
