Nice and comfortable stay. Spacious room, extremely clean. The hotel is in a very good location and reaching the city center (even by U-Bahn) is very simple. Shopping mall directly in front of the hotel and convenient parking lot directly below the hotel. Friendly staff.

I reached the hotel around 10am. Check-in was very quick and I appreciate the fact that I was given an early check-in, in spite of the busy time. Also appreciate the free drinks voucher and the good thing is the hotel bar remains open till midnight and beyond. Suggestions: 1)It will be good to have a bell desk guy to carry bags to room, specially since people participating in exhibitions often come with big heavy bags 2) It will be great to have a bottle of water placed at the room. Complaints: My points for the stay are not credited even after 7 days have passed after check-out.

This was a overnight stop combined with a visit to "Die 66 Messe. Very friendly staff at reception. Room on 5th floor was a good size and had a comfortable bed. Great location for staying at in Munich - not only for the "Messegelände“.

PLUS: breakfast, location, internal ambience and overal cleaning in common areas. MINUS: service desk: overall efficient but quite "cold" with customers; room: assigned family room having bathroom for disabled person. It was not requested at reservation and not communicated at all at check-in. It was bit unconfortable for the family. room cleaning: for 3 consecutive days we had lack of bath towels compared to the number of room guests. The hotel is away from the city centre but well connected to the city / train station with Metro. There is a shopping complex nearby with good eating possibilities. Hotel is clean and service is friendly. Good Wifi connection.

I was told by the receptionist the hotel is fully booked, not true - I did the booking myself from the mobile app in front of him. For such price, I would expect much better experience and comfort .. It was very noisy once the housekeeping started to work in the room next to me - impossible to sleep or even focus on work.

The staff was pleasant, especially the cleaning crew. Compared to other hotels, I found it was too compact, and the noise was terrible (from outside and noise carrying within the walls).

I visited Novotel hotels for first time a couple of decades ago, as a kid with my family, and since then I consider them as really good hotel, with high standards. Living in Ireland myself, and as I am not travelling a lot, I don't get the opportunity to stay in a Novotel. I was happy to get a chance to stay in a Novotel hotel in Munich for 3 nights, but it didn't really reach my expectations. Let me start by saying a thank you to the reception staff, as even though we arrived before 3pm, they had a room ready and available so we could check in without a delay. The reception area was bright and clean, but next to the elevators, there were a couple of computers with an "out of order" sign, which didn't make a good impression. The room was nice and spacious, apart from the space outside the bathroom, where the big wardrobe looked like it was in the middle of the small corridor. The biggest disadvantage of the room was that it was not as clean as it should. Dust on the towels' hungers, and hair on the actual towels. There was even a stain in the carpet, that looked like gum, that had dried over the years. On the positives, we loved the small fridge, the big desk, the safe in the wardrobe. The location was great. Bus and metro stations just outside of the hotel, and there is a big shopping centre with a nice food court. The breakfast in the hotel was nice and rich, but still was not worth its value of 19.00 Eur per person. We had to ask for the price, as we couldn't find an indication in the room. The room price was ok, but if I was ever back in Munich, I think I would consider a different hotel.

friendly staff throughout, no comments about service. but rooms are not accor quality, it was extremely hot in the room and the aircon did not work properly and made excruciating noise. the bathroom are due an update (and could do without previous guests hair...) and the bedding is so syntethic and unpleasant with the little pillows. No proper night rest at all.
