Accommodating 6 to 400 delegates, this impressive Sydney conference venue features 11 meeting rooms, nine of which were refurbished in June 2013. Each modern function room features natural light and state-of-the-art conferencing technology, withprojection equipment, video conferencing equipment and audio visual equipment available on request. The hotel's largest event space is the Grand Ballroom, catering for up to 400 guests in theatre style, and offering vehicle access via roller doors.

Stayed here over night before international flight on many occasions, Rooms & food great. The staff are second to none! Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A comfortable room but disappointed with the food ordered at the bar. The complimentary 'house wines' could be more varied. The breakfast dining experience was not good. Food had run out, no available dishes, & dirty utensils. Too many people to allow comfortable movement about the area.

We only got to spend one night on our way back from an overseas trip. It was great to be able to stay at a hotel so close to the airport, especially after a late flight. The room was perfect for us and the beds super comfy. Would definately consider staying here again.

not impressed with initial booking procedure person was not interested in taking my booking and just brushed me off telling me to call between 9-5, but it was thankfully sorted out by Lisa Giokaris, thank you. bathroom need better cleaning. Also as we were there for a training conference, it was not catered properly for any staff member with dietary requirements.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The conference facilities were lovely. The grout in the bathroom needs attention (mould) but that is the only downfall. Nice location. I was disappointed when I tried to book direct the room prices were very expensive compared to booking.com - I found this very odd.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience at the Novotel near Sydney airport. We just had a one night stay before our international flight the next day but it could not have been better. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and greeted us with a smile. First impression of the hotel was its modern, clean and contemporary appearance. Our hotel room was fabulous. We stayed in a Family Room, which had 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds. There was also a sitting area and lots of space to open our suitcases. We all got a restful sleep and there was no exterior noise to speak of. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent and the buffet breakfast was included in the room rate I booked. Breakfast included a hot and cold buffet which was well stocked and presented and tasty. We parked on the street outside the hotel so did not have to pay for parking. Note: there are parking restrictions but we arrived in the early evening and were departing around 10:30am so we were outside the 2 hr parking windows posted. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. It was excellent value to money and our experience was very positive.

My experience during a recent stay at Novotel Sydney International Airport was generally pleasant. I found my room clean, tidy and comfortable - no complaints here. I was however, surprised upon inspection of my emailed invoice to notice a double charge for breakfast - two breakfasts on the same day. This after I had pre-booked five days worth of breakfast seemed more than a 'typo' style mistake. A phone call to the hotel resulted in a refund of the erroneous breakfast charge and promise of an updated, accurate invoice. The new invoice was sent via email and was not an update, just a copy of the original invoice. Okay, so the staff make mistakes and are too lazy or incompetent to do what they say they will, unfortunately not uncommon. Next I discover my colleague on the same trip, same hotel, has also experienced doubling up of breakfast charges. I'm not sure two samples indicate a pattern, but upon closer inspection of my invoice I find a mini-bar charge - yet another false charge. I had not touched any contents of the mini bar. I haven't sought a refund of the $5.00, preferring to keep my blood pressure in check. Surely this is not a 'typo'?
