« Great Staff, hotel needing some TLC »

I thought the staff in your breakfast area (breakfast was excellent by the way) deserve a special mention. Friendly, helpful, doing little extras for you. Was very impressed. The hotel itself is a bit tired & needs a makeover. Scuffed doors & damaged woodwork, bathrooms need a refurb. However, It’s a good location for what I wanted, near the station, & has decent soundproofing to block out external noise. I didn’t receive my usual voucher for a drink, something I only realised once I’d left. I’ve stayed before & would stay again.

Family freindly hotel close to West Brompton Undergound Station with easy access to central London, Clapham Junction and Gatwick Airport. Bar servces great food and is open late. Restaurant serves excellent breakfast and buffet in evening.

Very average. I am still waiting for a reply from you after I was charged £6.90 for a beer in your hotel bar. Also, for the first few days, my key card would not work so I had to keep going down to réception from the 12th floor to have problem fixed.

« I lost my item during my stay, Unprofessional Service »

This is things to do if you consider to stay this hotel. Don't trust any housekeeper in this hotel and lock every valuable item securely - I lost my headset and my USB connector when I have a stay for 7 nights. I forgot to pack my headphone in my luggage to prevent the steal from the housekeeper. However, when I contacted the hotel that I lost my headphone, no one could found it. I forgot my USB wired before check out date and I have called the hotel that they could find my USB wired but once I contacted to the hotel reception, the receptionist said the hotel did not find any item in my room. Don't expect the professional service from this hotel - I made the early check out when I have booked hotel for 12 nights with my flexible booking condition. When I return my keycard and the receptionist accepted my check out, I made the call to hotel later once I forgot my USB wired and they said they did not check out for me yet. This is unreliable system and unprofessionalism of the hotel management team.

The room was clean and tidy disappointed that in the morning we found the shower gel dispenser empty, on a brighter note I left my keys in the room when I checked out and although it took 5 phone calls to the hotel they have been tracked down and will be sent out to my house
