Good experience, very comfortable room and very helpful staff. Hotel undergoibg rennovation, but that did not detract from the experience. The only negative comment is the sound proofing, whilst the room was well soud proofed could hear other room doors being closed

Your hotel was under construction so some of the features advertised on your website were not available (such as the gym). The rate was not reduced due to a lack of amenities and the hotel staff was not willing to get me access to a local gym to make up for the deficiency. I will be back in Le Havre for three weeks in January and will not be staying at your hotel because of the lack of a gym.

Very comfortable hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Currently undergoing refurb so breakfast facilities are a bit limited but acceptable. Suffers from having no power points anywhere near the desk in the rooms. Not very good having to trail a power cable from the bed across the room.

« Very good Hotel. Parking spots missing, though »

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast area was right out of my bedroom door, nevertheless I had no issues with noise in the morning due to good sound insulation. The biggest turn down for me was the limited parking offered by the hotel. I could not get a voucher from the hotel and had to pay for the parking myself. Nevertheless, the public parking lot was close to the Hotel with enough space and with a good price range (in average 6 euros per night)

The on-going renovation did not bother me at all. Maybe since I’m out of the hotel everyday from 8am - 6pm. Anyway, I didn’t received the invoice through email until I sent an email requesting for it.

Hotel is under renovation which means that local staff should do 2 times better to compensate for the inconvenience. When I arrived the sink in the bathroom was clogged -didn't someone clean the room and noticed ? For those who travel on business it is important to have a dinner alternative in-house : menu was very limited due to the kitchen being under renovation. The breakfast staff is doing a great job considering their current limitations - I was impressed. But at the end checkout was fast but I did not receive my invoice via email as promised, since checkout on Nov 16, so now I am having the additional burden to write to Accor to get a copy of the invoice. Very disappointed.
