A well appointed Hotel, clean with friendly staff. Bar area and reception can get very busy especially at check in times. The hotel will organise taxis as required at reasonable prices. Our only negative comment was Breakfast. It was not great quality, Luke warm and rather tasteless. It is also expensive compared to a breakfast in the high street which is less than 5 minutes away.

The room was clean and a nice size but there was no view at all and several small things needed finishing off such as the toilet door handle. Breakfast was good. The concierge was very helpful but we did find the hotel was a considerable walk from the river and many of the attractions which resulted in us not managing to reach everywhere we wanted.

We're 5 minutes off from the main street - Nevsky prospekt and Mayakovskaya metro station. St. Petersburg is a city of rivers and canals, the nearest one - the Fontanka river - is only 500 meters away from the hotel. I don't quite understand which attraction you had to miss because of the hotel location. The hotel is hidden in the courtyard so unfortunately we're not able to offer a post-card view from our windows. But we're always ready to find something special for you if needed. On arrival it wasn't possible to pay with dollars which surprised us as it is something normal in other hotels. In the room there were no shelves to put our clothes on - only one wardrobe with hangers which is good for jeans and jackets but absolutely insufficient for t-shirts. It would have been better to have at least a small chest of drawer somewhere in the room. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were amazing! We had an issue with towels for some reason. First day we asked for two big extra towels which we got but the following morning someone took them and didn't replace so we had to ask for them again. We made sure not to put any towels on the floor to spare the nature as it wasn't necessary to wash them after just one day. Nevertheless, cleaning lady took half of the towels and half of them she left there. All were hanging around and not on the floor. And again, she took our extra two towels so we had to ask for new ones. What we were not happy about was how loud it was at night. There were Asian tourists on the floor that were yelling at night so it was impossible to sleep. I believe it would be of convenience to inform hotel guests to stick to some night hours when the hotel should be quiet and not to be yelling on the floor (outside of their rooms) every night! We even had to leave our room and ask them to be quiet. We were also surprised by the hotel-airport transfer offered to us. Prior to arrival we were told that the price is 1800 rubles for standard car and 2400 rub for comfort car. When we spoke to concierge about booking our trip from hotel to the airport, she asked us automatically for 2400 rub. I told her about the option of 1800 rub which she ignored and repeated 2400 rub. I had to show her the proof on my phone (e-mail she sent me prior to arrival) after which she finally admitted there was also this standard type of car but that they might be busy due to the Economic Forum. She made a phone call and told us that it's possible. I didn't understand why she didn't make a phone call first and then she could have said that unfortunately cars are busy and the price will be higher. Not having the e-mail, she would charge us for the more expensive type of car. We would like to thank you for providing water every day - that was great service. Also we appreciated filling of bathroom amenities as well as teas and coffees every day. Also the room service was great and ladies at the front desk were very helpfull and professional. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future when staying at Petersburg.

Experience was good and the front desk helped us out when the taxi person from the airport was harassing us. A big thank you to both of them who helped us. It was 11 pm and we had 8 ours of transfers before that. We had requested for a balcony room and we got that. Coffee machine was good. Layout of the room was a bit odd due to its shape and room curtains could have been of better quality. A suggestion would be also to make this balcony semi private atleast.

No one checked the temperature in the room, the ac was on 12 °C. Next day reception promised to add an electric heater. I had to call again to receive the heater. Next day the temperature in the room was up and i could switch to ac again and have the ventilation running in the room. It is quicker to check the ac immeadiately, than using 2 days on a grumbling client. To me the geographic position of the hotel is very fine, near 2 metrolines and the Moscow railway station. I walk from the hotel to center city or take one of the trolley busses.

The day before your arrival it was very hot outside (+30C degrees) so the AC system was adjusted in order to cool the air down. The next day the temperature drops down to 19 degrees. We're trying to follow it up on daily basis but sometimes nature turns out to be a little quicker. But we're doing our best to make your stay comfortable. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Excellent stay. Super proactive service. Nicely renovated executive room. Especially would like to mention the service of concierge Tatyana. She is extremely knowledgeable, very customer orientated, and always ready to assist. Very good dinner menu, good selection of drinks in the bar. Nice cakes in the cafe. Highly recommended.

I received a very wonderful customer service before our trip with regards to our invitation letter. Response was prompt and kindess were extended. We were very impressed but when we arrived at the fron desk, everything went downhill. I dont feel welcome at all even as a hotel guest, not to say as Accor member.

I guess we have a misunderstanding about the terms and conditions of the AccorPLUS program and I will try to clarify the situation. Accor PLUS has wide dining preferences - discounts up to 50% from the food bill. But as per paragraph 3.1 of the Terms and conditions this works only in the Asia Pacific region which does not include St. Petersburg. In other regions you are welcome to benefit the points-based program LeClub Accorhotels. We did the best to make your stay comfortable and I guess it was this misunderstanding which brought disappointment.
