I was happy as I never had delays in all of my requests. nice staff. only area that I feel can be improved, is the receiving at the front door and car parking. It will be much better if there someone handle our luggage instead of us calling for the service at the time of check in. also will be better if someone can park the car as it is somehow difficult due to the parking location where we have to pass through congested area.

1- There were unclear things from previous client which is a careless matter by housekeeping department. 2- Very old Towels which seem since a 20 year not replaced. 3- One of shower Jel was opened. 4- One of the TV remotes is not working. 5- Drill sound in the Morning without informing.

The experience was good, there are some points need to be developed, such as the cooking station at breakfast and the smell of the egg all over the place, because the station is in the middle of the hall and there is no air filter over the cooking station, so i went to the meeting with some cooking perfumed my closes.

It was really great . Clean , helpful staff and all wt i want in a hotel room I found it there . I think you need to have a little bit fun on the hotel like music or someone playing piano r some activities just to make the hotel look a life to bring more guests because u have different activities. It’s a little bit boring . Other than that really gr8 .

A very pleasant 7 hours layover between flights. Hotel was well situated within 20 minutes of the airport. Close by was a shopping mall that had plenty of restaurants. The room was very large with a separate lounge area. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities many. We loved our room. There was a separate bath to the walk in shower and a desk to work from. Only sad that the pool was closed by 5 pm when I was just ready to take a dip. Front desk staff very helpful.

A very great hotel in terms of location Next to the Seef Mall All services are available nearby Restaurants and markets I stayed at this hotel many times and most were lovely I was very surprised from poor service this time from concierge Since I am a golden loyal member i get upgrade thanks to front office manager Mr.mohamed and to Miss.sameerah Dealing with the guest professionally and she is friendly Security poor
