« Nice facility but odor of old things thru room and common areas »

People were nice. When entered I found the balcony door of the room was open hence the room was very hot and humid. It was smelling as well. The bathroom sync was not draining properly. The shower was faulty. Towels looked old.

The suites are comfortable and clean. The staff are freindly and attentive. They see to your needs immediatly. I have stayed at many Accor hotels over the years, and the staff here is by far the best team i have seen; from the reception to the restaurant to the room service and housekeeping. All in all, my compliments to the staff and management.

Enjoyed 10 nights, fabulous check in and breakfast team (well done Sheila) and very spacious room. On a negative note no spare electrical sockets in bedroom, could not plug my mobile next to bed, after asking for an adapter, it was so old my charger kept falling out! Room service hit and miss

I have mixed feeling about my stay. As a long staying guest i was not impressed by some elements of the customer service, management approach and communications between hotel departments. I was initially put into a loud room adjacent to the service lift, meaning i couldn't sleep and i had to ask to change rooms. I constantly had to chase up the delivery of my laundry, and finally there was confusion about my check-out date and transfer arrangements to the airport (despite an email from my company confirming this). The attitude of the bar manager is very poor and i would suggest he is not suited to a role in customer service. On a positive note the rooms were kept very clean by Martha, and i found the breakfast staff (in particular Sheila) and spa staff to be very friendly and helpful. I will be returning to the hotel at the end of June and hope to see an improvement in the above areas, otherwise i will be recommending that my company ceases using the hotel moving forward.

In general was very good, staff very kind and facility good and clean. Noticed on issue, important; the water was not acceptable, it has some gaz smill?? this was noticed during all my previous stays but not as strong as this time, hope hotel management can check and clear this issue.

The meals were superb. The chef was outstanding. All services but one were delivered with diplomacy and kindness. I could not get the TV in my bedroom to work at all. Other than that, my treatment by staff might well be the best treatment I have ever had anywhere in the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan. Thank you.
