nice staff in this hotel, but it seems that there is a problem with housekeeping in terms of providing towels or a kettle. the swimming pool was not clean and I didn't let my children swim. Special thanks to Miss Lydia in helping me booking the room.

Late night I was assigned to one-bed room apt. for Handicap person despite the fact that I am not a handicap person!!! ( room# 707). Receptionist did not tell me the room is fir handicap person. Next day I checked out and told the duty manager about the problem and he promised to compensate me next stay. Unfortunately I found out the duty manager resigned and left mercure Hitel

I asked more than 2 times to include my breakfast to be charged in my room. It was not possible. Even the dinner that I had was not possible. I think you should evaluate this possibility. It gives more flexibility to the guest.

The staff at your hotel are very welcoming and helpful with the exception of the housekeeping team. I stay at the Mercure, Seef hotel every week and I have to chase housekeeping for: fresh linen, not enough towels, threadbare towels (full of holes), amenities, iron/ironing board/hairdryer/coat hangers not in the room, shower, floors and walls not cleaned (pubic hair all over the bathroom and sometimes in the bed), missing utensils including pots and pans in the kitchen etc. I have spoken with management a number of times but every week it is the same thing and to be honest I have grown tired of addressing this. This is not up to the Accor standard - I stay in your hotels all over the world and this is the only one I have had this experience with.
