« Nice hotel, can ve very noisy on weekends »

Very specious room, good services, great locations. However can become very noisy on the weekends with many people visiting, mainly from Saudi. Unfortunately it has massively impacted my last stay there (loud music till midnight one day followed by being woken up by a music at 5:30am following)

« Worst hotel experience ever »

The check-in took for ever, I arrived at arround 6pm and there was only one guy dealing with all the people. And the same guy who parks your car also is the guy who bring your luggage to your room, so when you arrive to the hotel you have to wait for him for some time. The staff was rude with no hospitality e5in talking and dealing with guests, specially the morning shif guy at the reception called "Omar", i called the front desk (@4am) asking for my car, he answered in a rude unprofessional way, and when i went down to the front desk i wanted to ask for directions to a pharmacy that was open at that time, i found him sitting at the corner and playing on his phone, he didnt even stood up, and replied, i dont know abt pharmacies open now, u can go and look for one by yourself!!!., so i took his name after what happened hoping someone can teach him how to deal with guests with good manners. The shower drain was blocked since i checked in and remained that way till i checked out, i asked them to fix it while i was out, they said that i have to be in the room for the engineering people to come thank god i had a 2 bedroom apartment, plus MOST of the lights in the apartment was not working or broken, and no action was taken. The fridge had black fungus and was always freezing even after setting it to the lowest setting, the kitchen utilities was all in mess and dirty (microwave, cooking station, plates...etc) The apartment floor was dirty and sticky and was not cleaned well even after i asked them to clean it They always take forever to answer the phone when you call the front desk, the phones are barely working, low volume and wires disconnecting. You have to call the housekeeping to clean your room, theres no ( donot disturb/makeup room ) badge that you can place. And sometimes they donot clean the room when u ask them to. They inly bring you 3 bath towels per day, no hand or floor towels. When i booked the room (booking.com) i asked for 3 baby cribs, and when i checked-in they brought me only 2, I had to fight with them to get the third one, coz they might need it for other guests. This hotel is ruining Accor hotels reputation, it needs alot of work

one thing so bad that i faced , early morning date - June 22 i asked Omar from Recaption Office to send me water , he send it to me with bill and this is not accepted at all . My suite was without water since Fri night June 21 .
