Our second stay at this property, price wise and location was a selling point, but being over 67 years old would have preferred accommodation on the lower floors not the top floor.

I also stayed last year - I came back to the same hotel as it is close to shops beach n have drivers on site that will take u anywhere (albeit a little bit more expensive) the staff are always happy n nothing is a problem for them

Very happy with the service, we checked in very late because of flight cancellations and the staff made sure we got to our room as quickly as possible which we really appreciated because we had a small baby travelling with us. Breakfast was delicious.

Only slight thing maybe change bath towels a bit more regular. I know water & costs of doing a large number is an issue but only had one fresh towel in 9 days. No big deal to a single bloke but maybe to a women?

Hotel was fantastic. Got help when our plans changed due to the inability to get to Nusa Penida by speedboat. My only complaint was the room was quite dark, i think an upgrade in lighting would go a long way.

Great place to stay, close to everywhere. Pool and pool bar was really good. The only one little problem was that where my room was,(underneath reception) so got quite loud at night/ early in the morning when customers where arriving/ leaving.

This was my first trip to Bali & All Seasons/Ibis Styles was recommended to me by a friend. All staff ensured my expectations were exceeded by their genuine warmth, hospitality & professionalism. The buffet breakfasts with eggs, vegetarian, etc. prepared to your request, poolside BBQ buffet with live music Thursday nights & Indonesian themed buffet on Monday nights, complete with traditional Balinese dancers were absolutely superb & excellent value. I felt like royalty with high level service afforded to me from all staff. Most rooms overlook the delightful pool setting & whilst free WiFi was most convenient, I preferred the internet kiosk lounge area with its larger monitor, open setting & relatively peaceful zone, for central Kuta, Legian. The day spa is another "in house must do". I found it to be most beneficial for well priced health & massage therapy. The tranquility & serenity is just another delightful experience before or after venturing out on the street. Drivers, taxis, tours can be organised on site. I came on a self organised 2 week "dental holiday" for extensive dental rehab based on my on-line searches & recommendations from a few seasoned Bali travellers re location, accomodation, price, etc. I was amazed it all happened so easily, without issue, but more importantly that Balinese are such a welcoming, family orientated, happy, friendly, people. The All Seasons/ Ibis Styles was my home for 2 weeks. I was warmly welcomed as a guest & felt like part of a large family on departure. I leave with many fond memories of my visit & highly recommend this hotel for value, location & quality service, all served with free Big Bali smiles. I will definitely be back next year. Finding that there were 3 floors and no way up but stairs, cuased us to take the 2 nd floor room offered but it was directly behind the outdoor bar and we are not drinkers. So quickly decided that we would have to take the 3 rd floor. That was exhausting.
