This is my third time staying at All Seasons Legian. Each visit has been exceptional. Great value for money, friendly helpful staff and great location what more can you ask. This visit we only used the breakfast buffet but I have dined here before and found the food and entertainment great.

The hotel was lovely and fresh. The staff were very attentive. Our room was well maintained and air conditioning was a great relief after climbing the steps to the 3rd floor. Our room was a comfortable family room for our family and I’d certainly recommend it to a family of 3 or 4. While there was beds for 5 there probably was enough storage for 5 people unless all of the children were under 10.

This is our 4th year in a row staying. Only area I think needs improvement is the inside of the rooms. They are due for a facelift. They need painting and also update of furniture. Hall ways could also do with some fresh paint.

I have stayed at the All seasons for many years and always been happy with the rooms, the pool etc. this trip I noticed that the day bed mattresses are very stained and grubby. Also the staff around the pool were also very slow,to pick up empty bottles, plates etc, even leaving a chicken bone on a table to gather flies.

I stayed at All Seasons Legian hotel from 21st September to 25th for vacation and attending my friend's wedding party at uluwatu. 1st day I arrived, the receptionist offer us an all you can eat barbeque dinner by the pool (it was held every thursday night I think). It was a great all you can eat dinner, they set up the pool with candle light and brought a guitarist singer. the food was amazing, they had salad bar and my parents(they are 65 yo) really praised the bbq. The beef and pork rib are super tender. Aside from the great barbeque night, the family hotel room was very cozy and totally worth the price, included with free wifi, the staffs are very hospitable especially the receptionist called Samuel. I'm sorry I had to trouble him with a lot of my parent's needs and we had a great time spending 5 days in there. The hotel was in legian so it's very easy to find local bar just around 10-15 minutes walk. I'll visit it again whenever I go to vacation in bali.

We stay at allseasons very time we go to Bali . the staff and the service get better very time they cannot do enough for you. Nothing is to much trouble for them I can only speak highly of allseasons and the staff and manager.

Had friends visit me and when leaving security guard asked them to pay him to return there ID and assualted them when they said no and damaged there scooter, spoke to on site manager who told me he fired security after viewing camera footage but it was lies as he did not same guy still there each day. Very bad that this sort of person is aloud to treat people this way as puts me of coming back. Other hotel staff good breakfast good room nice other wise.

Stay was okay, AC worked fine, room was clean and roomy, bathroom was okay. Loved the fact that there was no little plastic shampoo bottle or small solid soap as they make much waste. Only one refillable body wash/shampoo dispenser. One shampoo dispenser would have been welcome. Great staff, helpful and willing. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs or omelette was really oily even though I asked the cook to put very little oil. Local fruits were sorely missed and the pineapple totally tasteless. I had the best papaya jam and pineapple jam ever. Great pool to swim though I was asked to leave the pool one night at 10pm so staff could do the poll maintenance. Staff was very accommodating on my day of departure. I was able to leave my luggage from 12 noon to 7pm at the front desk.I stayed at the pool and got a massage. Tini, one of the massage therapist, is just amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had!!! Overall, the stay was good, the hotel location is perfect. Thanks again.

Our overall stay was quite good, we had one small issue with our AC system in Unit 209 ,however this was promptly repaired, and we were accommodated by a transfer to Unit 204. The last evening a group of people decided to have a swim at around 4 am in the morning after a big night out. This was a little disruptive, however I was surprised that this seemingly wasn't attend to by security.
