It is quite neat hotel but service is always late cleaners they come at afternoon when we need to relax. Iron machines are not always available upon request. Breakfast variation need more variation to include middle East break fast such as flat bread, cheese, mashed lentil and fava beans. Scrambled eggs with tomato. Youghrt.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. We arrived at 330pm for check-in and hotel room was not ready. We requested for late checkout and we are given the request for 1 room for late checkout. Wifi connection was not stable, able to download powerpoint slides but for media requirements (youtube etc) will lag. Chiller was down in Room 7515. Ants were found in chiller and infested in our chilled products(cake and yogurt drink) after 1 night.

« smelly room and long check in process »

Check in process took more than 25minutes. Given non-smoking room but once I opened the room door, the cigarette odor is heavily there. Took all my luggage and down to counter to inform there, their answer is " this is non smoking room, we can ask cleaner to help you to clean". Therefore, i have no choice but back to my room and wait for the cleaner. He took a spray to dedor the room and with a purifier. Plugged the air purifier for 2 minutes then done. I was like WTH? The cleaner told me previous guest was a smoker and this is a smoking room. They just removed the ashtray and clean the room, it then became NON SMOKING ROOM. I am speechless.

Thank you for your email, Its my 1st stay at Novotel mangga dua. My fave Novotel until now is the one during my stay in cha am thailand, second is novotel bandung at Cihampelas. For sure i can see the difference between all novotel. In term of hospitality novotel bandung is my fave one. In term of the food i missed, novotel cha am hv special seasoning small fish i cant find in another place i go. Good things about mangga dua are: 1. close to the mall and easy Access Connections. 2. I love the pool, where i can spent my time swimming 3. I love the fish pond. 4. I met 1 cs who gimme good assist faizal..or Rizal..im sorry if i made mistake about his name plus the lady who bring my welcoming sweets. Thank you for your warm greetings. The thing need t improve from my experience are: 1. I scent the unpleasant odour fr the toilet,looks like some pipe problem tht make the odour enter the room. I enter room on 9th floor no such problem and another room on 7th floor no such Problem. 2. Due to our late come to resto on 5th floor, our second order was forgotten. Then i ask them to cancel it bcoz its already too late for dinner. Over all the pool is the best i can get at novotel mangga dua. Thank you for your warm greetings, hope we will met again. From the airport, the shuttle provided was cosy, the driver is friendly and helpful, at the lobby the security always put a smile on his face and the receptionist are welcoming. The room was ok and most importanty the Musollah and the Platinum lounge was superb! Malaysia Airlines crew should have been accommodated here since the beginning... A little suggestions, if only you can provide us with a shuttle for sight seeing around the city or the famous restaurants such as Rumah Makan Garuda or the nearest theme Park would be much exciting!! Overall experience - Awesome!!

I used to stayed in Novotel whenever i travel to Jakarta for Business trip due to its cozy room, good food and good services. But my latest stayed was an unpleasant one. Room aircorn was not cold, sanitaries are not provided in full sets until i have to called and request for it such as small towel, shower cap, etc. The kettle was rusty and old. I requested to changed to a new one. They changed it. But still the same rusty unit returned back to me. Breakfast at the restaurant as usual. There were few cockroaches found on the wall near to the dessert area. I had informed 2 staffs. But non of them take any action. I still saw the cockroaches crawling on the wall the next day. Overall experience was bad this time round. I would consider others hotel next trip.

Stay with famely for several days! Check in at priority flour, best check in in indonesia! Lounge we not use , couse we do not want that the buissnes peopel complain the noise of kidds! Room excelent. Restorant verry good and food for all kind of behavior there. ( baf only that the arab peopel tuching many food by hand, with out taking) ! Pool the kidds like verry much and my famely happy by using it as often as posibal. Fishpool is a perfekt element, the kidds must go every morning there to get fromservice desk a smal can of fishfood, and try than to feed the turtels like a babay. The item who not so good is the pricing for lozndry of children cloth. Other hotels arround indonesia charging for kidd cloth just 50% max. By 650rb idr for 1 day kidd cloth is to much!
