I spent three nights at your hotel. All the hotels I've stayed before left bottles of water everyday in your room, this is the first time I got none. The bed had no bed sheets, there was only a blanket. The towels were really weared to the point of being frayed. I think all these details could be easily fixed and would give a better experience to the host.

Hotel staff was not able to track my reservation therefore I had to be charged twice until my agency cleared it out for them. I needed help with a "factura" but could not receive any help from the hotel even though it was the agency's responsibility when I spoke to hotel staff their attitude towards service was very poor. Towels smelled ok but the condition was really bad. No electrical outlet next to the bed. Cable TV did not work. Sandwich at the snackbar was old and after one bite I had to toss it in the trash.

Unfortunately, Ibis hotel at perinorte has become worst every visit we had, no water-pressure for bathroom, buffet so repetitive or rotten fruit, dirty or incomplete rooms (stinky, older, no towels, no extra pillows). Internet access gets bad in the night or TV service falls. hey, you can do better than this!
