Our stay was good. We enjoyed the overall experience. The staff in the reception were friendly and the cleaning lady was doing a great job. HOWEVER, most of the staff in the restaurant weren't welcoming and friendly (except the guy in eggs' cooking station who was nice and one lady in the reception of the restaurant), one staff in restaurant's reception had a Rude attitude and his name was Emrah; if you ever ask him about anything he makes you feel that you are annoying him. For the Shuttle bus, it would be great if you extend the evening hours of pick up from tram/metro tobthe hotel.

Staff was very friendly at reception, the room had very nice sea views and the cleaning was very good, although shower gel and shampoo were in too little quantity, only one tube each for a couple per day, which is not enough. Service in the restaurant is extremely slow at dinner and staff seems to have little interest in paying attention to customers. Buffet breakfast finishing time (10:00) is too early for guests that are not working. At least, it should be until 11:00. When asked in reception, no information was given about the possibility of a more simple breakfast in the bar until 12:00. This was found in the room papers in the last day. No place to cross the street nearby and take a walk by the sea. A shuttle but is announced to the city center, but it is not correct. It only takes people to bus/metro station, so it is much better to take a taxi. This was one point that made us choose the hotel, so we were very disappointed about it.

Overall the stay was nice , the staff was extremely professional, polite and friendly. The only issue that the hotel needs to work on the the quality of the old room . I highly advise you to renew the old rooms and to renew all bathrooms in the hotel . The AC was below average and since the weather was nice it didn’t create much problem . Breakfast and in-room food I ordered was super nice . Thank you for having such staff and nice services.

Workers who has worked on 1st of June in the night (31.05- 01.06.2019) and morning (01.06.2019.) shift has been very kind and helpful about accomodation and special request. They helped me to make a flowers for my girlfriend in last moment before taking a flight from Istanbul to Riga. Personality was very motivated to help me to make my wish to come true, also, they made my day. I am so thankful what I had stopover after long flight to Istanbul and nice break with great ideas of your workers in Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu hotel .
