Your team provided exceptional customer service. The night manager (I arrived after 3AM) was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my unique request. The hotel ambiance, décor, quality, cleanliness was superior to what I was expecting in an 'airport' hotel.

To whom it may concern, Where do I start? I Was told over the phone when making reservations that price for two rooms for three nights was $629.67 total. FOR BOTH ROOMS. I was sent 2 confirmation emails for each room instead of on one and ended up paying $1259.34. Now I really have to check the confirmation email(s) thoroughly to ensure that your receptionist is not just telling me what I want to hear and then I pay double of what she said. Thanks Eugenia. Because I had to pay double of what I was told, here is a list of things that I think were not to par to $1259.34. * Carpets were absolutely filthy and in need of cleaning and replacing in the hallways and in the rooms. * Refrigerator did not work in my room, R306. * Pool water was cloudy * Adjoining room doors were self closing (WHY?) and I ended up locking myself out of my room and I had the chain on the door which had to be cut off. There was no way of keeping the doors open unless I wedged a towel or shoe under the door. * Buffet food was dry, stale, over cooked and of very low quality I was not satisfied at all with the accommodations provided nor the rate/fees I had to pay. I want a full refund on the money paid for the 2 rooms and I will not consider NOVOTEL again for any trips in my future until the money is refunded in full. Thank you for making it clear that I should not stay at Novotel again!

Check-in was simple. The rooms were a good size and clean. Rooms felt new. The AC is unit in our room was noisy and situated in a spot that blows right onto to you when you are in bed which is a bit uncomfortable. Staff was easy to deal with. Didn't use pool or weight room facilities. The hotel accepts pets which is a HUGE bonus. Would stay here again without question.

We enjoyed our experience. Our only minor complaint was the condition of the room. The cracks in the wall coverings made the room feel rundown. Other than that the room was comfortable, we enjoyed the restaurant and I personally loved the hot tub. The staff was wonderful.

Stay was good but service at the restaurant for the breakfast was not at all good. Guy did not bother to provide the hot water and tea bags just like they were serving coffee for others at the table. When I asked for hot water and tea bag was told to grab from the back. I had a great experience at another accor group of hotels but this was not even closer

The main issue was with internet access. The internet wasn't available from about 7 pm every day. I complained every day, but the excuse was the same as they say we have problems with our provider. I could believe if that will be the case for one day, not my entire stay (11 days). I planned to spend every evening to prepare plan fort my team for the next day as I'm based in the UK so when my team start to work the next day they know what to do. Unfortunately, because of the lack of internet, I had to use my private internet, which cost me a fortune. I don't think I will stay again in this hotel.

Reservation was made by phone and confirmation email was received, but upon checking in it took a long time for a room to be found for us and in the end we received a wheelchair access room with a shower with no tub and a sink with no counter. Not my favourite type of room.

The best customer service ever, front desk staff always listening and answering to guests. Rooms are very spacious, indoor pool big enough to accommodate 6 families at the time, definitely recommend this hotel.

« Hotel is run down. AC in first room did not work. »

Was checked into a room with no AC - 226. Brought me a fan for the night. They could not fix the AC during Day 2 so I was moved by the manager. They forgot 4 items two of which they could retrieve for me. Two toiletry items had been discarded. Second Room 326 AC worked but barely. Carpet in Halls is lumpy and soiled. Shower Nozzle sprayed all over the bathroom and the tub did not drain. Frustrating as our company is based across the street and I will have to stay there again in the future. Not looking forward to it.

I stayed in overall 2 weeks in Hotel. I have great service, every morning hotel helping to have shuttle bus to my work . Dinner & Lunches was awesome. Breakfast was amazing. Montreal on theh Canadian Grand Prix weekend is wild hotels are all full. So we booked at the airport Novotel and were extremely pleased we did. Uber to the metro was reasonable and the breakfast was excellent. Staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful. the hotel is right up to Novoltel standards, excellent.
