the room was small. there were cigarette burns on the floor. a bookshelf on the wall was hanging loose. the shower was clean though.

It was as expected having stayed in other IBIS budget hotels. The rooms can be better maintained (some mould / ants in the shower / WC). However, the warmth of the front office staff more than made up for shortcomings.

the room is very dirty mainly the bathroom mildew on tile joints and on the outside of the shower door the shower head does not hold We were awakened at 2am by the alarm and at 9am by the housekeeper !!!

« Great service, extremely nice staff »

At first we had a smelly room (tobacco odour) but the staff changed the room for us immediately. Then we forgot 2 smartphones and after a quick call the staff found them and kept them for us. We recovered our phones quickly and with no problems.

« Personnel fine, room not up to standards »

Hello, I got a non-smoking room with a clear smoking smell. Then I was put in new room, no smell, but a few little ants crawling here and there ... and in a 4th floor! It was late, so I gave up and just went to sleep instead of asking for a new room. I normally stay at the F1 hotel at Porte de Chatillon, I took the Ibis Budget as the F1 did not have rooms. To my surprise, I found the F1 cleaner and more satisfying. If possible, I'll avoid Ibis Budget in the future, it is not up to the standards of a 90 euros hotel, even in Paris. Room 202 the first time, 422 the second one I think, in case someone wants to see the tiny ants. Carlos J., stay 22/11/2017

I have been deceived through your online check-in service. They have asked me to check-in online for easy access to the hotel in order to save time and effort with no extra charges at all, but unfortunately once I have check-in online an amount of EURO 180 have been deducted from my bank account in addition to the hotel reservation fees which were EURO 353 without notifying or informing me that any amount of money will be deducted once check-in online. I am wondering why you have debited 180 euro from my credit card just after checking-in online, and why you have not notify me with this amount before deduction. I have previously asked the hotel by a separate e-mail about the reason for requesting my credit card details while check-in online and whether there will be any charges deducted from my account they informed that it is just a process and that nothing will be deducted from my account. In addition to the above when I arrived to the hotel they informed me that this amount will be returned to my account after checking-out from the hotel as far as I do not use any amount from it, but sorry to inform you that up till now after almost four days from checking-out nothing have been returned to my account. Please advise quickly by return e-mail about when this amount will be returned to my account as this gives a very bad image and reputation to ACCOR Website and Ibis Budget management as well .

The hotel, the place and the service were overall satisfactory. But I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied because I have been deceived through your online check-in service. Good staff at the reception and the breakfast room. The room was clean. Difficulty to sleep because of the traffic noise. Strong odor of cigarette in the room and also in the corridor. Noisy neighbours

1. Bathroom shower not clean (black moulds in the corners) 2. Ventilation was not good 3. Rooms too small than described in the website 4. Staff was negligent about the cleanliness when reported. I would not recommend ibis Budget to others.

The room given to us seemed to be a smoking room. The smell was so strong. There was no bathroom mat to prevent slipping after shower Pillows were too soft and too flat

hotel room as expected. Check-In was a desaster. I thought I had payed online so I couldn't understand why the reception didn't want to give a key to my wife. Since we needed to pay she was not able to give them her credit card as garantie until I arrive around 22h. The reception send me a email with a paper I had to fill out and fax back to autorize paying with my credit card. At the same time I had called the online help in Switzerland with a person that was very helpfull and gave some advice but on site the person insisted on a fax. This is a real step back, I use Accor hotels the last years because everything worked good with online booking and a good price quality relation. This hotel is typical arrogant Paris as before. All your efforts to make a good booking expierience and a fast search was destroyed in 20min by your unhelpfull and fax oriented payment method.

The room was much narrower than it appeared to be in the pictures. Didn't have space to put the luggages. No toilet towel in bathroom. And if you need an iron, you need to request it at the reception. It is a very basic room. I must admit the staff was very pleasant

Sink and toilet bowl were clean, but the rest of the bathroom looked grimy. The furniture looked worn. The airco was powerful, which was good. My room looked out on the highway, so some traffic noise was unavoidable. Shops and restaurants were nearby.

I needed to sleep after an overnight flight, that was my main objective. I didn't have a cell phone with me and it would have been convenient if I could have called from the hotel. The Ibis where I would have peferred to slep was full, but this was ok.
