I also knew that you had to wait for your room around 10 minutes after check-in, which may affect to your marking for our score. At Novotel Nha Trang we always try the best to give our guest earlier check in before 02:00 pm (international check in time), and we even often free upgrading our guest's room, as we did to yours, to shorten your waiting time. We apologize you about that. As our intention to recall to our guest the memory about Novotel Nha Trang, the souvenir toys shelves were made. They always have the Novotel stamps just like other minibar items in the room, for helping our guest identify which one is complementary. The minibar list in your room has the same meaning. We're also sorry for not providing you the city bus network information, which often changes by our government due to the traffic jams happens regularly in Nha Trang city. We afraid that the lack of updated information may lead you to the unwanted places or you could get lost, in the worse case. For the last 6 years we are staying every year for a week at the Novotel Nha Trang. It is like coming home. The staff is just amazing, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and the bell boys. A big thank you to Mr Tuan, who is always there and happy to help in any way and his staff. Thank you Ms Anna for looking after us as well as Ms Tu and Ms Man from the restaurant, just to mention a few. Thank you Mr Hung from the bar (loved his special cocktails). We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Nha Trang and had flowers and fruit in our room as well as a lovely not from Ms Anna. Such a nice touch. Thanks again. We very much enjoyed our massage and facial. Looking forward to see you all again next year.

Check in at the hotel was quick and was pleased to get an upgrade to an ocean view room. The rooms have a somewhat strange design with steps to the balcony (a bit dangerously close to the bed) and also in the bathroom but it was otherwise fine. Would be good to get a plug point near the bed. We rented a room for a business meeting near the pool and were somewhat disappointed with the state of the room. It was near the pool so it felt quite hot and needed painting or renovation. The floors were concrete instead of carpet and there was old equipment stored there. We asked for coffee to be brought in and wires had to be run all over the place. At one point I opened the coffee machine to see if there were any beans left and a cockroach came out! Would suggest not offering this room anymore for meetings unless it is renovated and the air flow improved. The service was excellent at the hotel overall. At one point I asked the front desk for assistance finding a men's clothing store to buy a tie and the person offered to lend me some of his ties from home! Very thoughtful of him. We received a coupon for a free welcome drink but it was disappointing that it did not cover alcoholic beverages (only coffee, tea, soft drinks). There was even a warning on the coupon about the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption so it was very surprising that I could not get a real drink. The coupon should say "only covers non-alcoholic drinks".

About the welcome drink voucher, it’s actually a soft benefit offered from our hotel, which sorting accordingly to member’s level. The higher level means more choices of drinks.
