Nice hotel within the town area. Hotel is big so be prepared sometimes there are local events that make the lobby very packed. Not many convenient stores nearby so be prepared to bring your own snacks when you come

I stay with my family in this hotel. Check in and check out is fast. Room is comfort, clean, unique decoration. Breakfast is various menu. Only swimming pool that I find is not comfort for using, is dirty. Overall, this hotel is near Tunjungan Plaza and at city centre, good for business and family.

Confirm booking with Accor Deluxe Queen bed. When I check in, hotel say only have Deluxe Twin bed. They downgraded my room according to room charges. Japanese restaurant food not good. Bar or lounge not good. Only advantages was room. Room was good!

parking arrangement/ staff was bad (need improvement asap), breakfast was standard, especially bakery, taste was bad and not fresh. We booked with older room because the room is larger., however, we really disappointed because we got dirty, rough,brownish towel (c'mon,..even my dog has better towel than this). The ac quality was bad too, and we called technician to solve (not really solve actually)
