The hospitality was excellent on arrival and throughout my stay at Mecure Grand Mirama Surabaya. Didnt expect the level of service i received even as a classic Accor member. Understandably the property has aged and certain items in the room arent in 100% working condition but overall it was a great stay. Some fittings in the room were loose but that was a small issue. Breakfast was very simple and is at a relatively affordable price. Will stay at the hotel again.

In my humble opinion, please make another access to the pool from the room. Its kinda uncomfortable passing by the restaurant. Please also pay attention to the pool toilet, it was quite dark.

All amenities provided well, except someone call my ext. room in the morning around 5 AM while I slept and I pick the phone but no one answer then they turn off the phone. It happened twice and I couldn't sleep anymore after that.

« Smoke cigarette smell in my room (622 Mercure Surabaya), whereas that is non-smoking room »

My first impression when I opened the room door, I smell ex. cigarette smoke which stick on wall. Then I call by phone (ext. 0) to front desc why the room stinky with ex cigarette smoke. Then hotel sent to us staff to perform smell treatment by spray with parfume, but it didn't work well.

I was stayed last week for 4 night.the room is small but the properry is nice. On the second day,I have to move to other room due to there was water dop on ceiling.Morning breakfast was not good during my stay 4 night.The same main menu fish and chicken for 4 days.This is my first experience staying at mercure surabaya.Power outage was happened on 2nd night.Overall I have staisfied with the room and location but not for morning breakfast

I am very happy with the service there, especially the employees there are very friendly, really appreciate guests and provide the best service always smile. if asked please help guests who want a selfie also serve well. I give a thumbs up for it .... interior design of every room is very nice, unique and very creative ... i like it .. Breakfast dishes are very many variations of the menu but what I do not like is the breakfast dish for the bread is too little hard and not soft then the fried chicken is not varied enough to make it a bit bored to eat it .... room cleanliness is good, service is also friendly even very friendly ... I was very impressed during my stay there ... only this time there are employees who are very friendly and polite in serving their guests ..

I loved the room design, it reminded me about Soto Madura over all. I feel disappointed about the hotel wifi, cause When I needed it to finish my online task, the hotel wifi was under maintenance, it needed a lot of time to get the maintenance done, and the wifi still not working that time.
