The spring was very old, something hurt me if i want to go down. The floor near the slipper was dirty. I request late check out because my cousin engagement until 2pm at 1st floor but receptionist give me until 1pm so i check out 10am.after the engagement i change cloth at the rest room at the lobby.if i want check out at 2.30pm recepionist charge me 300.000 rupiah. They give back my charger at the room that i forget to bring.

Amazing breakfast with wide range of options. Comfortable room (I was given a room in the new wing). Relatively small swimming pool and unfortunately there was a renovation that made the path from the pool to the room upstairs uncomfortable to pass, as we had to pass through the dining room. The disappointment was actually came from Le Accor promotion program : Save 20% for room using BCA Credit Card for this stay, that I thought the discount will be credited to my BCA CC (there was no clear "rule of the game" during ticket booking in Le Accor website). It turned out that the discount was already included in the room price, and the price (after discount) was no cheaper compared if purchased at Agoda.com at the same room & dates.

I booked for 3rooms,all in 1st/old building. There's 1st room that too humid and stinky,and the solution was just a perfume. 2nd room,the engine of AC was too noisy 3rd room just fine

In general no complaints about the hotel and its services. But please consider about the status points (I had mine down from gold to silver - because of the refresh at the end pf the year) it makes me stay in a lot of other hotel because I don’t feel engaged with accor anymore after this happens. And one more thing, should have middle-high AccorHotels brand at west Surabaya (only ibis budget at HR Muhammad rd. currently), consider pullman or mercure, I don’t know why all Novotels n Mercure n other middle-high brands are located at eastern Surabaya and not western part.
