According to the hote's website Ibis St. Petersburg all rooms have air condition. I booked two rooms and those rooms didn't have air condition because it's not summer. Air condition was needed also in winter and spring because ventilation is so bad in rooms that it difficult to sleep there. Rooms are too hot and no ventilation.

In our hotel we got a two-phase split system in rooms, but in this season it is very cold outside at night time. We are taking care about our guest that's why the split system is still working for heating. At ibis you may use the Mission 15 program guaranteed providing a solution of your request in 15 minutes period. « We do not get notification that our reservation will be terminated after 18.00 then we have to pay new reservation in normal rate »

We always use Accor hotel group but we never get notification the reservation will be terminated after 18.00 we just know that if we do not cancel before 18.00 will be charged one night rate. And we have confirm our reservation online as you send to us before 12.00 on that day already. Then we have to make new reservation and have to pay normal rate. It was no reasonable for member. Please revise your policy or should be more clearly explain to customer. Remark : other Accor hotel as we used , we never got bad experience like Ibis Saint Petersburg centre.

Perhaps the best budget Hotel I stayed . Everything is perfect about your hotel. Its location, services, room layout, furniture and fixtures in the room, breakfast, and everything else. But what made my experience unique was extremely helpful attitude of Hotel staff, particularly at reception, at the bar, and at the concierge. Such perfectness indicate meticulous planning and super execution. I was surprised pleasantly to find so many hooks in the room to hang my clothes...such small positives made my stay very pleasant. please keep the good thing going. Good Wishes;

You said that canceled payment from Ibis concierge will be back in account in few days. I am still waiting for my 1.400 RUB (20.18 EUR) that you said that payment for taxi was not possible by card, but the payment was done!!

Kindly be informed that we made a request to our bank about the transaction on 14th of April and they confirmed that it didn't go through and was automatically canceled. We don't have it on our bank account. Also we have requested account statement for this day (14th of April) and will send it to you as soon as we get it. Well kept - Clean and useful. Location very good - Metro connsections Close as well as the Moscow station. Breakfast rich and modern. My favorit when visiting St Petersburg. Note: When you go to the WEB-site it appears in Russian and there is no option to select language (Russian or English or Frensh for instance) which is normal for hotels in Russia
