Everything in the hotel was ok. The hotel is a bit dated and needs a refurbishement. The gym is an embarrassment to a hotel in the Accor group and this should quickly be rectified. Lower quality hotels in the same area have far superior facilities. Novotel Bandung and Accors Group’s needs to address this immediately

My only choice by preference for accommodation in Bandung is the Novotel. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely views and wonderful staff. I have been to Bandung many times as it is a great city with much to offer and the Novotel is perfect for me!

« Rather disappointed, the reviews I read on your website were supposed to be very good. »

There was only one pair of sleepers in a twin-bed room & missing bath wash on the first day. Expected to see clean shiny wash basin & toilet bowl but can see stain. On our last day of stay, we were told our names were not in the breakfast list. Have to verify with the Reception.

Okay. Was expecting more from a Novatel. Reception was great. Asked for towels at the pool. The young man said one moment and never returned. Complimentary slippers only 1 pair and they didn't look new. No robes. Breakfast was brilliant. Couldn't fault it.
