« Ok - could have been a lot better »

We had a very spacious room - however it smelt very weird - we actually went to the supermarket to buy air fresheners. Maybe the carpets had not been cleaned for a while or were very damp. The night before Bastille day there was also a lot of noise from young people outside the hotel which that meant we did not sleep until around 3am and then we were up by 7am due to the construction noise every morning - it was a nightmare. With earplugs and windows shut still so loud. The hotel could have better windows but also make people away before booking of the construction noise. We did request a quiet room but did not get this. We actually originally booked the Ibis in the area and cancelled it last minute for the Mecure thinking it was a nicer hotel but we wished we just stayed at the Ibis as the extra money we paid did not make our stay any better.

Hello E-S. First of all, I would really like to apologize for all the genes that you have suffered during your stay with us. It saddens me to know that your stay just did not live up to your expectations. I read with great attention all the points you quoted in your comments and made, know, the necessary with the services concerned. Concerning the smells, our hotel as well as two other buildings of the district were impacted during several days by works of roads which were carried out in the street which is in front of our establishment. (Major works of pipelines and planting new trees). Indeed, some rooms have suffered "sewer" type odors. So we bought the products needed to fill them. These smells being totally random and unpredictable we could anticipate where they would occur. So we had made the necessary at the time near the town hall to report them. We would have liked so much that you let us know to fix it immediately. Your comfort and well-being being our top priority. As for the noise I remember being present tonight late. Know that at our level we have done what is necessary. Our security officer went out twice to intervene but .... When it comes to nuisance on public roads only the police is entitled to intervene. I put myself in your place and I easily understand that these nuisances could have hurt you. Please accept once again our apologies. I would like to prove to you that we can do much better than that. Hotel ok (cleanliness, sound proofing, WiFi, speed of elevator), but not very charming (and definitely behind website pictures). Service varied widely- super poor at rooftop bar (plus very disappointing wine selection/quality), very forthcoming at restaurant. Breakfast disappointing (lacking any veggies, cereal bread out both mornings, and quite chaotic/noisy in breakfast room).

« Lovely hotel yet one weird experience »

My friend and I overall had an amazing time at your hotel but one night after coming back after our rooms had been cleaned up, some of the snacks we had left in the room had been eaten and some had been taking out of the wrapping and was just left laying the table. Kind of disgusting knowing whoever was cleaning had been eating of and moving around our food...

« Great, family friendly hotel »

We stayed for 6 nights with a large group and this was a great place to stay. The kids loved the fusball table and video games in the lobby where they could hang out with our friends. The bunkbeds were perfect for them too. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and outdoor area and the breakfast each morning was fabulous. We liked that it was a short walk to the Metro and also that there were good restaurants nearby. The only thing was the bed was a little too firm for us, but overall we loved this hotel and would recommend it to others.

« Nice quiet location for a busy hotel »

Stayed one night and hotel was really busy with French Open tennis and FIFA Womens World Cup on nearby. However Hotel was quiet and easy walking distance to some nice cafes and bar/restaurants. Would stay here again when in Paris if looking for somewhere quiet..

This was a very nice hotel with a pleasant room and good restaurant with a reasonable menu. The staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel did not give a member discount due to several conferences in town, and as a result the price was quite high.

The room and the 6th floor had a very strange smell to it. The room was OK but seemed dated and in rough shape (the closet was basically open to the subfloor to the room above, the toilet didn't flush well). The bed was entirely too hard. The staff was lovely!

I picked a premier room and at all other Accor hotels this means there are usually 1-2 beers in the fridge but there were only soft drinks here. I also used to get a free drink in the bar - but is that because my status has dropped now? The queue to check-in was very very slow. But other than that - the room was clean but basic, check-out was fast and friendly.

It was ok, nothing special. Very functional and impersonal. Staff were very invisible and not particularly friendly or helpful. Air conditioning in the room was weak so room was too hot. Bugs in the room and I got bitten. No toiletries available other than soap. No shampoo or lotion or shower cap. Very unimpressive for the high price.

The hair dryer never worked properly. I mentioned to the front desk on the first day (Tuesday) but they said the issue with the electrical outlets was fixed.

Hello sir First of all we would like to thank you all for responding to this satisfaction survey. It is very important for us to have customer feedback to enable us to evolve and improve ourselves. I have read with great attention all your remarks and comments related to your stay. Know that we take these very seriously and will meet to discuss with the departments concerned. I could note that the bedding did not give you full satisfaction because too "hard". The comfort of a bed is very personal and can not please everyone. Our bedding is brand new but apparently this one is not suitable for you and I regret it. That's why we bought comfort duvets to soften the bed. Regarding the hair dryer have you used this one in the bathroom? if it is the case it is not possible to use them because a French norm forbids us for reasons of safety. They are usable only in the rooms. If you have encountered difficulties with electrical outlets please excuse us. I also organized a meeting with all our teams to discuss the courtesy that must be absolutely irreproachable towards our customers. Courtesy and well-being are top priorities. Good experience for me. Traveling for business. I suggest the managment to supply, directly upon arrival, their guests a small toilette package, differentiated for female or male, containing (for explamle) small shaving soap or foam or other toilettie's item (face detergent for ladies or so) that could be difficoult or banned (due to security airpot reason) to be carried in the small, not registered, trolley bag.
