« Less staff who can speak English »

The first day, the hot water in the shower was not out. However, the front, also house keeper did not speak English. The problem with this hotel is that they can not respond immediately to the guest of the claim.

Overall it was ok but the towels offered were hugely pathetic as they are so worn out until they got holes. Unbelievable. This is so even though I have made a request to front desk to change the towels but it was ignored. This is the worst experience with any Accor Hotel.

It was the worst stay in any Ibis hotel. The only thing that reminded me it was ibis was the room design. I have been using ibis hotels due to their commonality in design and standards.Ans so you dont expect suprises but a quality you are used to.But Wuhan is a disaster, completely rundown with torn towels and disrepair all over. It was a shame and disgrace for the chain I have known for a longtime!You mean you cant afford to replace worn out towels with holes and threads handing all over in china where the whole world shops?

I was in a room right above a shop being renovated, that apparently did not belong to the hotel, yet drilled and banged from 8:00 am on. I was finally moved on my 3rd day, but I think that I should have been eithr warned or put in a different room from the start.

The location is acceptable with the nearest metro of about 15 min walk. However, the room was a bit dirty (but was acceptable) and it smelt weird. Comparing to the price, it was pretty okay. Nice staffs. Even though some of them cannot speak English.

The room was not well clean with stains on the wall and the floor was not well washed. We stayed in many Ibis hotels and this is not Ibis standard. The staff was really attentive and friendly and we changed to another room but it was the same. The hotel is not new and needs some maintenance work. The bed was good and the room was to the side of the hotel and was very quiet. We did not have breakfast but we had a look and there was not a lot to choose
