As usual we found the room fine and usual friendly service, however despite my booking the room on the telephone upon arrival we were informed that we had made the booking for the 11th of November 2020 ! , however your friendly receptionist managed to change this to the correct date which I had requested which was for last Sunday evening the 10th of November 2019, the problem sorted but it could have caused us a big problem

Using your on airport hotel makes flying from LHR very relaxing and easy. We park with you for the duration of our flight which removes the need to use the car park shuttle bus. Also the short walk through to terminal 5 in the morning makes for a very relaxed start. Eating in your restraint was very pleasant. Both the staff and food were excellent.

Had hair in my shower drain. Room 1308 I believe. We had booked the restaurant with a set menu which wasn’t cheap. I don’t mind paying a lot for food if it’s good but the Cesar salad was basic and the lamb had little meat on it. Very cheap food served at an expensive price. Bed was extremely comfortable, good television. Powerful shower.

I stay usually twice a year on my way to and from the US. The rooms are excellent and so is the service. And it is so convenient to be attached to T5. My only complaint is that I booked a porter the night before for the morning and he didn't come and no one answered the concierge phone although it was 7:15am and not the middle of the night. I called reception and they sent one right away.

Brilliant hotel, conveniently located at terminal 5 for Heathrow and just a short walk through to the terminal itself. The staff were all incredibly helpful from check-in through to the staff in the hotel bar/restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely convenient access to & from LHR T5. I'd checked in online so my key card was waiting for me. The room was lovely and quiet, and I got a good nights sleep before the long haul flights I was due to take. Overall, excellent.

I had an enjoyable stay and at check-in was delighted to hear I had a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. When I got to the nice room the sofa bed had also been prepared. Whilst I only needed the main bed as travelling alone, it wasn't a problem as such for the short stay but it did unnecessarily remove space, especially at the desk area. I do not wish to appear ungrateful but this was unfortunate as I needed to do some work on my laptop and it was a bit awkward to access the chair and desk. Due to my late arrival and early departure I did not have the time to ask if the sofa bed could be cleared. Otherwise, the room had all necessary amenities (in particular tea making facilities and nice shower gel are important to me), the air conditioning was effective and I had a good nights sleep!
