We have been charged half a day extra for keeping our bagages for 2 hours though the hotel was empty and informed the reception due to weather concern we got stuck and unable to reach on time. We end up paying for half day that was unnecessary. We have stayed at Le meridian but never come across with extra charges.

Clean modern rooms. Breakfast with fresh and well arranged products with some Russian items. Fast WiFi. Check-out was slow because receptionists could not find credit card pre-approval. Service at the hotel bar was not very attentive and friendly - room for improvement. Although this is a non smoking hotel in the bathroom cigarette smell was coming from the ventilation system. The windows were badly insulated so working at the desk of the room produced cold fingers.

But,they gave me a surprising happy-birthday present for me! Everything was as good as expected from "Ibis hotels" standards, without bad or unexpectedly good surprise. Food served at the restaurant was good most of the time to average because of little details (buns of the hamburger half cold f.e., borsch soup not warm enough, breakfast was correct) and level of service in general was really good. Only downsides: 1.) Bed linens were not changed once during the entire stay!!! 2.) Windows could not be fully opened, hence, no fresh air! 3.) In Ibis Moscow Dynamo, we strive to provide the highest level of service for each of our guests. Therefore, your feedback is very important for us. So please let me make some comments. Bed linens are being changed on every third day of stay, and according to cctv cameras, the maid was changing them. So we are extremely sorry to know that something still seemed suspicious to you. Windows can'not be opened due to security reasons and local regulations, that we respect. The fan coil system that is installed in our hotel is producing cold air only during warm time of the year, and during cold period it is producing warm air. Unfortunately, we can not do anything to construction during day time but we are very strict with them about the night time, we are working closely with the police so that the silence won't be disturbed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your contribution to improving the level of services in our hotel! Everything is good, especially reception desk, they are really friendly and greet well. When they smile, you're believe that its not fake smile they put on their face. BUT...you've got real problems in restaurant service. It takes so much time for waitress to come up. And even if she/he would come up (though several times I came up to your administrator to make an order, because they were "really busy") they will make mistakes in order, example: Please bring 1burger and beer, but , bring it all together, don't bring beer before burger. - and what they did, they did everything vice versa. I suppose they've got not enough experience. More over you've got not enough personnel to serv all the people in your restaurant.
