Been here before and this trip was as good as the other times. Very clean and well designed hotel in a good location. Only negative was that we could not park in the hotel car park.

« Lovely place for a wedding. »

Everything was great, except for the fact that travelers had come from afar. After a three hour train ride, we arrived after 2:00, to find that there was little or no food service anywhere nearby. Later, also applied to those of us who came in just before ten,when your wine bar shut down. I saw numerous persons being turned away on both Friday and Saturday nights when it was obvious they were seeking a bit of refreshment after a long day. The staff was very helpful, but when dealing with tourists in a hotel business, they lost a great opportunity to serve us and in doing so, earn more money for the hotel. A list of bars or restaurants open “after hours” would have been helpful. Having to wait until 7:00 pm that first night to find food was discouraging.

This property only gets better with each passing year! Now with a wonderful brasserie just a stone's throw opposite the hotel and with gorgeous views down the river, it's now got it all! A great breakfast and charming, considerate staff - what more can you ask for in the St Emilion area? Bravo to one and all. David

Overall we were very pleased. A varied breakfast would be a big improvement. The same breakfast every day for 6 days is not good so this could be improved upon. Your staff at the front desk and the ladies servicing the rooms were excellent.

Beautiful room, beautiful view. Better to stay in summer as apart from view not a lot to do. Downside apart from lady who checked us in felt the rest of staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not the best Mercure for that reason.

A great location for anyone looking to visit a wine Château. A modern and clean hotel albeit without a restaurant. The room was a bit tight on space but the balcony made up for that. Breakfast selection was okay. Parking spaces are limited so it might be wise to pre-book it if you can.

The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel was very colourful with many interesting design features. However, the room was very small and the bed was similarly uNdersized. It was difficult to move within the room. Curious that a four star hotel does not have a refrigerator.

An odd title I know. The hotel is Fresh, modern, clean and comfortable, is quiet and serves a good breakfast. The issue it has is parking, which is a huge issue for those arriving late at night traveling alone.
