I loved it Perfect location for exploring lantau island. The guy who checked me in, I didn't catch his name.. he was great! Extremely helpful and I really appreciated being able to get access to the room so early! Especially after a long international flight The bar staff where really happy and service was great. I just needed one night hotel near the airport and picked Novotel. When I arrived, it far exceeded my expectations. The lobby was impressive, the checkout was quick and professional, and front desk gave me a free upgrade. I didn't expect it to be much, but when I arrived upstairs, I was shocked at how nice the bathroom area was and how beautiful the view from the room. Very clean and wonderful!

Room was ok but the buffet dinner was overpriced for what it was. The hotel is convenient but I didn’t rate the food. Room service options were limited - which is disappointing considering that HK airport is close by travelers checking into the hotel would have varying food requests

I really like this hotel: rooms are very nice and clean. Highly appreciate Nesspresso in the room. Service across the board is good. The only, single point that I repeatedly complain is 18C in the room at arrival. This is far too low and huge contrast to outdoor that was around 30C. It is neither economical nor ecological to put A/C this low. Last time I stayed I got sick the following day.

I'll start by saying that the shuttle service from the airport was top notch. Exactly how it is mentioned on the website on direction for pickup. Shuttle back to airport was perfect too. The only problem I had was we book a room for two adult and a twelve year old child. We received a room with two twin beds. If we would have know before we would not have booked. To add a roll away bed was expensive. The rest of the time and hotel was good.
