The stay was a short one but went relatively well. The metro is close by which is a bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable. The downsides of this experience: - Despite booking a non-smoking room, it kept smelling of cigarette smoke. We advised the reception and some air purifier was sprinkled to neutralise it. But this is a strange issue. - The bathroom is dated and does not reflect the stature of the hotel brand. I expected better and was disappointed on this level.

Things were good at this hotel - overall it was a good experience. Our bathroom shower had leak problems and some mould problems. The breakfast was great, always something to eat. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to a metro station, but not a lot else. 15 minute walk to get to the Marina. 30 minute trip on the Metro to get the Mall or Burj Khalifa.

It is the third apartment in Dubai for us, but it is a 5 star hotel and there are only few complaints. However, the details are far worse than the Japanese 5 star.

A warm welcome from all the staff and they were very friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean but it did need updating especially the bathroom which looked very worn in places. great location next to the Metro and tram station.

most relaxing with top facilities and accommodation with plenty of restaurant alternatives and a very extensive enjoyable buffet breakfast. The only problem which was trivial, was that despite the offering of 4 different pillow types we couldn't find one which we preferred-we usually like soft low profile pillows and these weren't available.

« Great location, and wonderful service. »

This was our first time at the hotel, and I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, and the convenient location of the hotel (the metro being on the doorstep). We opted for an Executive room, and it proved a great choice as we took advantage of it's IT services, the afternoon tea, and happy hour. We even managed to check out there too. You have a wonderful hotel, and I'm just sorry we could only stay the one night!

Me and my Beau had a lovely time during the weekend at Pullman. It was a well spent weekend :) Thank you very much. We really had a pleasant stay. This is my second time staying at this hotel, I t was very nice and I was treated well by staff members. Only down side that the ahower cubicle was not 100% leak free which cause some water to flow on bathroom floor.
