Review on our stay in Pullman hotel My friend and I were staying in Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotel & Residence for 2 night from 6 Aug to 8 Aug This hotel provided a warm welcome by providing us an upgrade with a great view. And when we visited the room it does have a very nice view, but this room is also a connected room as my friend am worry about the noise, so I request to change another room and they helped us to change room. This breakfast was good with a good choice of fruit juice and quite a wide range of food and cut fruit to choose. However, the aircon is temperature is fixed (can’t be changed) even when we called the servicemen and they even come to the room and check and said that there is no problem. Since the room is not that hot so we make do with it. But the bed is really comfortable and had a good rest. The night before we check out, I make the payment for the stay and the servicewomen by the name Wendy charge me full hotel rate even when I requested to the payment to change with and points and cash I. later that night I when back to find Wendy to have the bill changes and she did. The next day morning when my friend returns the key and they said that there is still outstanding when I already make the payment the night before. After 10min of investigation the “outstanding” amount is to be paid by points and it’ really a waste of both the hotel and our time. In summary, I feel that is not organized and I’m quite disappointed when such things have to happen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk away from the Metro and tram which we used to access the shopping malls and the Palms. The breakfast is outstanding. We also dined in the Italian restaurant and enjoyed some happy hour drinks. Robert from concierge was outstanding - so helpful, friendly and he provided some excellent tips for making our way around the city.

This hotel is well located and is attractive for its vicinity to the nearby offices. The staff is helpful and polite, attentive to details and service oriented. I appreciated the gym on the 34th floor and its comprehensive equipment with a view on the Marina. A little disappointed to notice that the Executive Lounge was closed for breakfast on my last two stays... not great for business customers... The restaurant downstairs where the breakfast buffet takes place has upgraded its offerings over the years, however there is still room for improvement. The DETOX corner is NOT refrigerated: juices and yogurts are served at room temperature, the portions of (melting) butter are also not covered with ice cubes. Besides, the usual seating issues are recurrent.

We arrived at the PullmanJLT about midnight and were welcomed by the Welcome Manager Abdelilah who arrangedour book-in and expedited our transition to our room. A perfect and faultless start. Over the next two days we relaxed in the hotel or were out sightseeing or exploring the district. All the staff we encountered were very gracious and eager to assist in whatever way possible. We booked out of the hotel after three nights feeling totally relaxed and satisfied with our choice of accommodation. We will return. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious and we felt we were making healthy choices in what we ate. The Restaurant manager Kamal did a great job in ensuring we were well catered for and left feeling satisfied. Gellicka at the front of the restaurant was most welcoming with a lovely smile and welcoming manner. She made us feel as though we were valued guests as she escorted us to a prime table. Issa at the front door was most helpful in helping us to arrange our sightseeing and explained how we could use the Metro to travel around.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Pullman, I travelled for business and had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that the pool was out of service. There was a shuttle bus service to another pool, but the timings did not fit around my work schedule.
