I stayed at ibis hotel for 4 days, the room was quietly normal and as expected, but during the check in the reception stuff gave me a room that not applicable for a married couple, and other guests were very noisy at our floor, i could not sleep during my stay in the hotel, until i complained and they gave another room that was a little bit better than the first one, so finally, i just want you to be aware that married couples should not be set next to single guys rooms because it is so annoying and noisy and was a very bad experience

I had a couple of issues with the electrical points,but no sooner I informed the front desk, things were put right immediately. Down side was with breakfast where I found was very chaotic and no eggs station on 2nd day. We had to ask even for clean cutlery, very rude couple of waiting staff.

Thank you for the upgrade. It would have been nice to have the water in the room upon arrival, however, I thank the front office staff for getting it to us to early (5am) on our arrival and letting us checkin early. The breakfast was really average and could be improved by making less dishes and perhaps covering the food as the flies were everywhere. Also, it’s a shame to have a taxi/tour service in the hotel but that it is not proposed unless we approached the desk.

The room was good and clean and the room cleaning staff were very helpful and organized However, the Ac during the night was not working properly, I had to call 3 times to get it fixed. Breakfast buffet was nasty. There were flying insects and most of the food items were uncovered.

3 star hotel, common areas are good and comfortable, staff were good as well. Room is small but functions were OK, shower room had very bad pissing/urine smell, most probably staff do bot clean floor enough wit proper agents. Overall point is 7.

First of I didn't like the constant knock of room service on the door every morning and waking me up asking if the room needs to be cleaned! .. they should knock the door lightly without waking us up! Second thing the bathroom shower needs cleaning, you can see mold in the corners. Last thing, what ever the customer leaves in his/her room shouldn't be taking and when I asked about the lost toy nobody apologized and this really upset me.
