The hotel should renovate bathrooms. Stayed in 3 different rooms, found mould in all of them, some more than others. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful though.

« Good enough for the price »

Some cleaning problems on room (like mould), carpet (bad for allergies). Shame there is no "keep your towel" programme like in most hotels. Can't understand how a country with water problems changes towels every day, even in the towel is properly placed in the support.

The services were at the rewuired level. We were very welcome by the employees of the hotels including the manager, the receptionists, the two waiters (Mourad & Mohammed) & the chiefs. Some meals should be improved (chicken meal) while the fish dish was good.

Overall experience in ibis amman after spending 2 weeks in 7 days hotel in Irbid was luxurous. However there are some things that drop the overall score: -rooms are dark -hotel limousine was 15 minutes late even if we ordered it in advance -lifts are slow

We loved our stay at the Ibis Amman! The customer service and staff were great; especially Joliana and Khirfan! In fact, we only planned to stay one night but because of them we extended our stay for another night. Murad and Rababa from the I bar were also nice and had great suggestions for things to do in Jordan. Muhannad and Banna at the front desk were kind and helpful. The rooms were cleans, stylish and comfortable. Special thanks to Maher from the cleaning team. The breakfast was so good!! We loved the pancake and omelette stations! We also ordered room service one night and that was good. We’d definitely stay here again if in Amman.
