Check in was prompt, fast and easy. Staff included a slice of cake and brought it into the room at night to as it was my birthday. I was good that they only deliver the cake in the evening so that it will not dry up.

I would like to say thank you to the lady helping me check in because of her hospitality. She offered us seats and welcome drinks during check in. We were so surprised that she upgraded our rooms. I would say it was a wonderful check in experience. Also, a bellboy called TA helped one of my friend to fix the handle of his luggage before we left the hotel thank you so much for offering help.

The hotel has a very good location 5min walk from bts victory monument. Very nice clean big room, we had executive room with in evening free drinks and snacks. Also wine and selection of cocktail. Very nice big swimmingpool. What makes this hotel so good is the friendly staff always helping you with a smile. Very special thanks to staff executive lounge let us stay last night in there lounge before late flight. See you next year

« Great hotel, conveniently located close to the airport city train »

We normally stay at the So Bangkok, but we wanted an effectice stay close to the rail and BTS, so we decided to try Pullman because of the convenient situation close to the airport city train. Great hotel, very nice staff, clean spacious room, nice pool area, good japanese restaurant. A bit surprised to be asked to balance my credit after just one meal at the restaurant, but except from that, our stay was above our expectations. Could easily stay here again!

« Great Location, Attentive Staff, minor issues with room »

As always I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt that all the staff took extra time to make the stay special - including the room upgrade, late check out, well being tea served to the room. Minor issues with the room as room 1937 was supposedly non smoking but there was quite a strong smell of cigarettes and the overhead shower head pipe seems to be dislodged. But I still do love the hotel and it’s amenities!

We stayed at Accor Hotels in Hongkong and Malaysia but in Pullman Bangkok King Power is the best stayed we had. At the time we arrived at the airport with pick up tranportation, smooth checked in, got a room with our preferences. All staffs are amasing, smiles on their face, quick in responding. Also to Jane even she is jus a trainee but her service is there already. For sure we will come back and recommend PBKK to our friends and family. This is called “Fell Welcome”
