Had a wonderful stay due to kind service of the staff. Highly appreciated to their smile and service mind, but the only bad thing was room cleaning. Floor was full of dust, also bathroom faucet, floor, table, etc .was dusty so I had to clean it by my self. Except room cleaning, I had a good experience there. Also Airport lounge voucher made my experience in Bangkok really good.

All staffs at Executive lounge were wonderful! One day I was returning to hotel after foot massage at night and encounter Ms. Kan by chance and she suggested tea time at executive lounge. It gave me and my mother unexpected relaxing time like home and touched by her thoughtful suggestion. I was picky with settling the payment at the last day but Mr. Wut fully supported to get cancellation letter of deposit from bank through pushing them in urgent. He also arranged taxi to airport with warm sending, so I and my mother was safely arrived at airport in both physical and mental way. However, still some staffs at Cuisine Unpluged, King Power Duty Free Shop (including food court), and King Power airport lounge seemed unprofessional in perspective such as language, attitude, or knowledge of their work. If they have chance to be educated the English, they might feel easier to solve problems with customers and it will affect their confident attitude instead of fear facing customers. It will also led customer to have perfect experience while staying at Pullman King Power where already have wonderful accomodation. Looking forward to seeing Pullman King Power to become real good hotel not only in hardware but also in software which is human resource.

On the first day, I loved the balcony room. The next day, when I changed to the e-Gejective Room, I was sad that I didn't have an escort, but it was very nice to be able to use the lounge conveniently because I could stay in the 20th floor room.
