Rooms were clean with a good view of the pool, check in was fast and smooth, staff were helpful. Taxis - took a while to call. Really appreciate the shuttle service to and from victory monument. Otherwise, it is a little difficult to figure out the walking path from Victory monument to the hotel especially in the evenings, when we don't see the shuttle buggy available. Perhaps some obvious signages would be good. Breakfast buffet offerings were excellent with quick and efficient service. Gym and swimming facilities are clean, new and have a good variety of fitness equipment. Appreciate the birthday cake and card from the staff!

The room is really of high standard and with good bed. Good and delicious food prepared for breakast. A lot of space in the lobby with comfortable chairs and sofa for relaxation and meetings and mingling with friends. Really appreciate the provision of transport to and from the shopping mall. Nice atmosphere with resort feeling, you can have a business trip &relax here at the same time. I stayed at Pullman Kingpower in garden wing, The room is great! with balcony and perfect nature view. Big comfy bed, Bathroom with bathtub all toiletry, Bathrobe, Slipper available. Free ice cube with still water (4 bottles per day). Free Wifi, Iron &Ironing board, Hair dryer Good fitness center &Beautiful Big swimming pool located on 4th floor (6.00 am til 10.00pm). 24 Hrs Room service I ordered Shrimp fried rice it's was very good, I had a food at my nice balcony... I recommend more for Tenshino restaurant (Japanese fusion food from Japan and France) every menu is creative and so delicious. You can enjoy shopping and eat at Kingpower Rangnam duty free which is next to The Hotel... Many food stall &restaurants, Many shops for those who love shopping! You can get a voucher for discount coupon at Kingpower Rangnam shopping complex from Pullman Bangkok Kingpower Hotel during your stay. Breakfast is good Many kinds of food section. Dimsum, Noodles, Thai food, Egg station, Fresh fruit and vegetable juice, Sushi, Bakery and coffee. PS.WATER SHOULD GIVE UNLIMITED LIKE 4 and 5 stars hotel

« About the discount/cash voucher for duty free shopping »

The discount /cash voucher was given to me which I do appreciate very much. However I had a tough time using the voucher. Nobody at the shop had a in depth knowledge of how the cash voucher works, especially in which items can be purchased and which can not be. Need the list of items or brands which the voucher can be used rather than stating it cannot be used for electronics etc. for example, I was not able to use it for purchasing Swatch but Seiko was fine. A fantastic executive floor team of Khun Wut, Aina, Sam, Ken especially Khun Music who is very professional in her sincere warm excellent service remembering my food and beverage preferences and that's impressive. Make you feel at home. Khun Arm and Khun Eve in their own special ways provide very good attentive service to make my stay comfortable. Clean and meticulous housekeeping. Very thoughtful detailed follow up by duty manager Khun Bo on my change of room. delicious breakfast by Chef A and Chef Nut. equally delightful canapes by Chef Won who takes the initiative to interact with guests for feedback. Very warm and genuine excellent guest centric service by welcomer manager Khun Bee. Make you feel well acknowledged. Impressed by friendly visits and enjoyable interaction by general manager Jerome and great conversation with executive head chef dominique who ensures food quality and hygiene standards. Very safe to dine in the hotel. very enjoyable and welcoming glen bar experience by Khun Mone and mixologist Khun Aek along with a soothing and certainly music to the ears by the live band. Very safe drive by the king power tuk tuk drivers. All in all a very comfortable and warm stay. We spend three days during songkran and were driving to hotel and the arriving experience almost ruined the trip (which could have been 5 stars experience) but thanks to well-managing staff who able to handle the situation despite the crowd. The room is great and bedding is comfortable. Hotel facilities such as swimming pool and gym are well equipped and maintained. Dining at the hotel is very enjoyable, the food is delicious, really! on both breakfast and dinner buffet at "cuisine unplugged". Afternoon tea is fine given the price but could be better. Also, the hotel is located next to the duty free shopping mall, and you will receive discount coupon and cash voucher for your shopping. Unfortunately, we didn't get to shopping but will definitely next time we comeback to this hotel
