It was fantastic, we were all on a family holiday & this resort catered to all our needs. The pool was amazing & the park was great. No to mention how impressed we all were with our massive rooms! We will be back next year for sure!

Hotel was lovely, check-in staff were very good. Pool service & food was very, very slow. Room cleaning service was very clean but very annoying that it would take two or three different people to compete throughout the day. Someone to clean, another person to drop off towels, another to drop off water bottles.

Upon initial arrival to Novotel Nusa Dua we were excited, foyer looked lovely. Ended there! Staff on reception desk rude and unhelpful. Pool villa was tired and in need of maintenance. Amenities provided in the villa were very limited. Food at the buffet was ok, nothing stand out just ok. Of out group of 4 I was the only vegan and found very limited options available to me and what was available was not very enticing. You also might want to educate yourself on dietary requests, if someone orders the vegetarian/vegan option ie Vegetarian rice, they most definitely do not want a big hunk of Pork Crackling on the side of the plate. There are many resorts in this area of similar cost and this one did not outshine any other. I would certainly not recommend to family and friends nor would I return.

The facilities and staff were excellent, we appreciated the reduced extra night stay costs due to our flight being delayed due to the volcano erupting. One negative thing about coming to Bali from Sydney is that there are no flights back at a reasonable time of day, red eye flights only.

I have stayed at a few Novotel properties both in Australia and Asia .... this one is now my favourite. I expect a 4 star standard with the Novotel, but I feel this was not far off of a 5 star. The attention to detail both in the gardens, the pool and the restaurant areas ... were spot on. The resort is stunning. The day spa was lovely, the staff professional and kind. They treated my daughter very well as it was her first massage experience (she is 9yrs old). The kids club was amazing, so many activities and beautiful friendly staff. The restaurant has a great menu and the food standard was fantastic .. I am a bit of a foodie and I was impressed ... I loved eating dinner there in the evening. The beach bar was fun and casual for a decent burger at lunch. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a HUGE balcony. The whole apartment was very large and spacious. The linens were all of good quality and they supplied us with nice bathroom products that they replenished daily. The fresh frangipani flowers they decorated with were a lovely touch. We celebrated 3 birthdays in 4 days at the resort and they spoilt us with a beautiful bed display on my 40th ... and cake and singing in the restaurant for the other birthdays (all complimentary). We felt very taken care of the whole stay. The location is peaceful and relaxing and allows you the choice of remaining in the secure community or venturing outside the security checks into the local markets and restaurants. I highly recommend it for families or couples ... it caters to both.

Loved the kids club, the volleyball net was our favorite. Food needs improvement, prices of dinners are a bit too expensive, and variety of theme nights.. The rooms were good, but the shower/bath was probably one of the worst we have used.. so very awkward and dangerous with water everywhere! Other than that we loved our stay and will probably return..
