Even though the staff of the Hotel were mostly friendly, I had a power blackout in the Hotel during my stay. It was no electricity for about an hour and a half so I couldnt work or do my basic needs for this time nevertheless i havent got any apologies from the staff.

Room was big enough, clean, recent. Beds are good. Food is... frozen/expensive. I've come several times to this hôtel, and staff is nice but definitely not trained/experienced enough. It becomes complicated when It comes to something else than check-in and out. That's sad... Some should be invested on training and follow-up. And for that reason I am not eager to come back later.

Stayed in the hotel many times (and have a room booked on the 19th again). Normally the hotel is just fine, but this time a powerbank was suddenly 'gone' from my bag which I left at the hotel when I went out for work. Basically it was in my bag in the morning when I left the hotel, and it was gone once got back in the late afternoon. I'm not pointing fingers to any specific person, but someone who accessed my room that day has taken the powerbank from my bag.
