A repeating stay in Pullman Kuching through most of the things here are still familiar to me. A little techincal issue but is not troubling too much during my stay. The basin stopper is not functioning so the basin is filled with water.

Room size excellent, cleanliness excellent, pool area excellent. Pullman kuching is located on top of a posh food court, so at times no parking for hotel customers. Local dishes were prepared nicely (mee kolok, laksa sarawak) but pasta dishes were horrible. The first day i had some aglio olio. Spicy and not properly spiced. The second day, tagliatelle was tasteless. The third day the spaghetti was no good either. So the fourth day, i skipped the pasta. Restaurant name: puzzle, manager please check the taste of your pasta dishes. Plus limited seat during peak hours 7 to 8am. Making me feel rushed to finish my breakfast.

The room and facility were good but some reception people didn't seem to be very friendly, and lack knowledge. I asked for a low pillow but was told there wasn't one. I asked what happened to the credit card in-print of 100 ringgits and was told it would be refunded to me in a week! In fact it wasn't actually drawn.

we were there for 10 days. booked 2 rooms. staff was very nice. breakfast was delicious. lobby very clean, which for the management is probably most important. Unfortunately rooms are not cleaned well. especially the bathroom. t his looks very used, as the shower was not clean and partly broken. the cleaning staff cleans by there own way, but there is no control. that's the problem. the management has to check here and control this from the point of 5 star hotel. the pool was nice. unfortunately also toilet and shower at pool-aread dirty/very used. no cleaning- stuff, no manager. you only see managers at the lobby when important guests are coming. Our stay at KL and KK at 4 star hotel (Hilton Garden Inn and Mercure) was much better. we are disappointed. the management must change this problem.

The overall experience ia good..i am staying at level 2002 but the hotel should fix the noise coming from the elevator because its so noisy and make you feel disturb..the staff is really responsive and move my second night stay to room 2006 which is farther but the noise from elevator is there because vibrating through the air duct. Nice service from yunis at the executive lounge and outside this is elevator noise..everything are great..but the noise disturbance really irritate me and make me lack of sleep during my stay..fix this problem soon..i will stay one more time and if this still exist just forget it that a lot of customers will stay again at this hotel
