The property has deteriorated so much since the past few years. An urgent upgrade is needed. The room smelled musty. Staff was still friendly although they seemed to no know basic things like whether Accor gold card members qualified for automatic room upgrades during check in

Very tricky to get to parking spaces and receptionist was unable to help. Made 3 turns around the hotel to eventually see the entrance to car park. They charge to park at the car park although was a paying guest at the hotel.

Great experience staying at Pullman Hotel with the very good and up-todate hospitality. The counter service rendered, the food, the room set-up are money worth. However as a smoker, i had the problem where i had to go all the way down to go outside the hotel building for my cigarettes puffs. Is there any way for the hotel to allocate smoking floor rooms? Another thing is the parking for in-house guest where i had to pay upon exit for my car parking at the basement eventhough i gotten my parking ticket verified at the reception counter everytime i need to drive out. Is there any way for the hotel to consider free parking for in-house guest?

quick to response to our needs especially when we requested for a new towel as the ones placed in the toilet accidently fell onto the wet floor of the toilet. The food were great and sufficient as it was replenished in a very short time.

Hie.. My name Is Satwant K.. This is my 2nd time staying at Pullman Kuching and my each stay lasted 1 week. My first experience was definitely awesome and I have listed the very minor shortcomings and tat was rectified very well. So during my this stay I recommended to my other friends to join me to stay at Pullman Kuching. We all definitely had a wonderful time. The hotel staffs are definitely friendly, polite and respond immediately to the things that I need. Room service was excellent too. I ordered food every night in the room and also from DejaVu bar and it reaches very fast. Amazing! The internet connection is astoundingly fast. All my pending office work was cleared without any internet interruptions. The choice of buffet breakfast was amazing as well. It's just a perfectly comfortable & comforting hotel to stay and relax. I would recommend Pullman Kuching to all my other family & friends whole-heartedly. And whenever I visit Kuching again for holidays or office trip, Pullman Kuching is my choice!
