Hotel looks shabby. Theres a light on my floor that kept flickering for good 2 days and only get fixed on 3rd day. No ventilation fan in the toilet, bad lighting in room

This was a very disappointing experience. From the moment of arrival to the end of the stay I had the feeling of being an unwanted distraction rather than a valued customer and Accor Member (there was no acknowledgement of my membership throughout the stay). In my opinion a lot of the visible staff (i.e. those in supervisory, reception and management roles) should not work in the hospitality business or at least go back to school and learn about customer service.

ive stayed in numerous accor hotels as a silver member and would usually get a complimentary room upgrade or a fruit platter in my room upon arrival. in pullman kuching, i didnt get any of those except for a welcome drink. what i get was a rather hostile service by the reception team. none of the reception staff that i dealt with during my stay (all 4 of them) were not warm, friendly nor courteous. i couldnt remember their names but if you put them in a line up i'd be able to identify them. is it considered an accomplishment in kuching to be working at pullman? im curious. because the attitude that were giving me suggests that it is. the room itself was poorly decorated in my opinion. it looked dull. and my room had no kettle (had to call housekeeping to request for it), had one lightbulb in the bathroom not working, and had poor tv reception. also, please do something about the ugly moss of the hotel exterior. it is such an eyesore. but im not surprised if the hotel is in a bad shape financially, with the kind of reception staff that it has, not many people will stay there twice. i definitely not and i'm telling my friends to avoid pullman kuching too.

Big hotel near downtown from Kuching. We stayed in a executive suite. The room was spacious and clean. For breakfast we had the choice to eat in the lounge or in the normal restaurant. The choices was good. In the lounge you have a nice view over Kuching city. We enjoyed or stay in this hotel.

We did not enjoy the stay. The toilet was very dirty. It is a shame for Pullman standard. I will never stay in Pullman Kuching again. The welcome drink sits there the whole day with all the ice melted and never replenished or changed. Low quality food during breakfast, the cauliflower was black and horrible looking. Pasteries hard and not fresh. We booked 3 rooms together, mine was 720 please go and check the toilet. Please send me your email ID I would like to send you the pictures of my horrible experience. There was another room in the same booking toilet was not working and had to change the room. What is wrong with this hotel, is there any maintenance?? I have always stayed in Waterfront Hotel and had nice experience. PULLMAN is a NO NO for me

I stayed at superior room and it was a very beautiful room. The staff also friendly. The hotel is very clean. The food also nice . Maybe a way back to room from the swimming pool should have other alternative ways instead of passing by the function rooms. I will consider this hotel for my next stay.

I been put into a room which maybe not been occupied for sometime with smell and wc stucked smell the whole room, when I request for operator to send someone to fix this , no one turn up and I had go down to receptionists and they put me to new room with pipe leaking. Oh My God what a experience
