Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and simple. In general, would rate the hotel an 8 or 8.5. I had a late lunch on Friday August 16th at 3:15 pm. I asked if lunch was available at that time and was told that of course it was. I ordered the Aji de Gallina. I noticed that is was slightly cold (luke warm), however I ate it anyways. Big mistake. It must have been sitting on the counter for a few hours in a warming pan. I got violently ill on the plane on the way back on a 10 hour flight home. As I write this, I am still feeling the ill affects. As this was the only meal that I had eaten besides breakfast at the hotel, it is definitely the cause of the food poisoning. I am extremely disappointed that my generally good stay in Lima was tarnished by this episode that could easily have been avoided were better food handling practices maintained in the kitchen. I specifically chose to eat at the hotel as I was under the impression that there would be higher standards of food care. I ask that you please review the food preparation procedures at the hotel in Lima (San Isidro) to avoid unnecessary future food poisoning. Thanks, Ian W.

Please find below the feedback: 1) Room was good. 2) Less vegetarian options in the breakfast 3) Hotel Bill is less descriptive, I booked the cabs and the details of which is missing, the receipts I got and the charges deducted from my card are different, raised the query but haven't received any response. 4) Dental kit wasn't provided in the hotel. 5) Ironing board +iron not provided. 6) Average Internet speed.

it's ok breakfast could be better, during 3 days scramble eggs were cold, juices were mostly water with something rooms is ok staff should better trained: checkout girls asked 3 times the same thing, slow understanding, but nothing compare to bell boy who follow me to the car asking me if I did check out or not. The staff was fantastic and the food was great. Many different options in drinks and menu items which all were great. Didn't have a bad meal or a bad drink. The hotel was very nice and the staff was attentive and very friendly always greeting you when you walked in and most spoke English and Spanish. Would definitely stay again!
