« Very Close to airport and railway station »

Checked in by very bubbly receptionist, who was very helpful. The room was up to usual Ibis standard, clean and everything you needed for a one night stay. The restaurant for dinner was OK, but not much choice in the area. The Breakfast was good, but could have been hotter, and would prefer back bacon rather than streaky. The Hotel is on a couple of minutes walk from the airport, and if you arrive by train there is a free monorail link to the airport. I emailed before staying to ask about parking and received a very informative email to tell me where the best value parking was.

Checked in by a very bubbly young lady, who was very helpful. The room was up to usual Ibis standard, clean and all you need for a one night stay. The Hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the airport, and there is a free monorail from the train station to the airport. Dinner was quite satisfactory, but there is not much choice in the area, and quite a good selection at breakfast, although it could have been hotter

« Fire Alarm »

We didn't think that the pizza was very nice. We had an early flight depature and needed to be at the check in for 3pm. Early to bed - relaxing - NO. The fire alarms went off at 11:20pm due to someone smoking in their room. This spoilt our stay. We fully understand the need for the smoke detectors it is a shame that some of your guests don't feel the same way.

Justine L. on behalf of George K.. I booked a room for Mr K., the British Judo Association President, who is an elderly gentleman. When he arrived, he was told there was not a booking for him and made to pay for a room. In the morning, he was told the reception staff the day before were wrong and there had been a booking and refunded him. Absolutely, not acceptable.
