I stayed with my family for one day at this property and I don't want to recommend. The staff are good but the hotel does not go with the standard of Accor Hotels. The inside of the property and the rooms are not nice. Looks pretty old and without renovation. The rooms are tiny and the toilet and bath area are even tinier! The washing basin is in the room, not in the washroom due to the space shortage. The soap container in the bath area was broken to some extent and did not have any liquid in it. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in any hotel of an international brand. They simply had rice, brinjal curry, egg, corn flakes, milk, bread, jam, tea and coffee. I have missed 2-3 items too. That's it. The food quality is very very poor. There is no place to have breakfast. So, they put some table and chairs in the corridor to have your breakfast. We didn't see any restaurant nearby to eat.

Anyway, masuk kamar hotel, baunya pengap. A lot of dissatisfaction: (1) Room picture is not the same with reality, (2) Very low response, (3) bad breakfast I found in AccorHotels chain, (4) I a bit confuse with the system, as the Accor system showed I had already paid but I was still asked to paid. I am a frequent guest in this budget hotel due to the distance to city center at Jakarta Pusat, easy to walk and near to a small park. The room and toilet is not clean now. The bathroom wall is full of mould. I used to stay at non smoking floor which was cleaner than smoking floor,but now they swift the smoking floor to the non smoking floor and everything changes. The breakfast is average and for foreigner guests there will be problems if you don’t eat Indonesia food. For the price and the proximity to city center I still choose this hotel but the management needs to improve especially the bathroom.

Yes you are right Pak Hartono, since 2018 we have re allocated all smoking room in 3rd floor and reduce the number of smoking room to provide more free cigarette smoke area for our non smoking Guest and we provide non smoking room in 1st and 2nd. We also would like to thank you for your feedback regarding our breakfast, specially for foreigner. as we are promoting Indonesian food in daily simple breakfast. we are also provide coco crunch, fresh milk, white toast and jam for guest who does not eat Indonesian Food.
