no ventilation is available. Though checked in at 1700 hrs. charged extra while checked out at 1600 hrs. next day. Timings can be 24 hours format than 1200 hrs. to 1200 hrs.

THE BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS UNHYGIENIC, THE OMELETTE STATION CONDIMENT HAD NO UTENSILS THE COOK ASSIGNED USED HIS BARE HANDS -RIDICULOUS, FRUITS WERE CUT THE PREVIOUS NIGHT STALE AND STICKY ON ALL DAYS, BUFFET HAD NO PROMPT REPLENISHMENT TILL PAST 8 AM TILL ADDITIONAL KITCHEN STAFF CAME ON DUTY AND CHECKED JUICES WERE SERVED WARM WERE KEPT ON WAITERS SIDE STATION FROM EARLY MORNING AND NOT IN A FRIDGE IN THE KITCHEN, COLD TOP NEVER KEPT JUICE IN TEMPERATURE EXCEPT WATERMELON JUICE THAT CAME FROM THE KITCHEN. CUTLERY AT TABLE WAS ALWAYS MISSING AND TO DRAW ATTENTION OF WAITERS STANDING IN CORNERS TO ENSURE ALL FORK/KNIFE/SPOON WERE THERE TO START THE MEAL, LOT OF FLIES ON BUFFET NEED PEST CONTROL NOT DURING THE BUFFET SERVICE LIKE I SAW THE MAN WITH A BAT THIS CAUSES THE FLIES TO AGITATE AND MORE ARE ON THE BUFFET, TOASTER DIRTY AND NEEDS CLEANING,REPLENISHING FOOD SHOULD BE IN A FRESH PAN AND NOT REFILLED AS THE SIDES WERE ALL DRY AND THEN THE POURED INTO THE SAME PAN SAD BUT TRUE-YOUR CHEF LACKS KNOWLEDGE AND HAS NO EYE FOR DETAILS AT ALL, ALSO LACKS CULINARY KNOWLEDGE OF A BALANCED BUFFET-SEEK TO COACH AND GUIDE HIM.

Looks like cost cutting is on the top priority in this hotel. I have stayed earlier as well but never seen such basic amenities like a box of tissue paper also missing and not given. Breakfast was very average with very minimal option if you are non veg. God forbid if you want to eat outside standard eating hours then there is only 4 options and you have to satisfy your hunger with the same weather you like it or not. The whole focus is given only on physical security when you have to go through a complete dress down even if stepped out the glass door for a smoke....

As a returning guest I have nothing but praise for the excellent service of your front office staff at the Ibis Mumbai Airport. Ashish was awesome, a member of your front office staff that I dream I had as an employee as I own a boutique property myself.

The big strength of hotel is closed to Airport T2. Staffs are friendly and professional especially Arbaz, who is informative and helpful. Such budget hotel, we found lot of varieties in B/F. I was looking for Mini Fridge which was not working and asked for replacement but unfortunately, Engineering replaced but it was not cooling.
