« Problems on Check-in and Checkout, bad smell in the room, balcony infested with pigeons and feathers all over the place »

First of all, I waited around 10 minutes on the LeClub Priority line but nobody showed up. When I crossed the lounge to ask if anybody would help me there, they asked me to wait. At the checkout, I asked again where is the priority line and the gentlemen said there were no priority, but after 30 minutes waiting for my turn, another guest asked the same question and they skipped the line for him. This is totally unacceptable. My room had a sewer smell near the bathroom. The balcony was not cleaned over the 2 days I spent there, and there were feathers all over the place. The noise of a family of pigeons was killing my during the whole night. In other words, never coming back to this hotel anymore. I think Accor should remove it from the network.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is located in Pernambuco Beach, a very good place in Guaruja. Hotel team was very supportive and respectful. The facilities need attention and some activities like "tennis table", "soccer table" etc have to be replaced. Food options allow everyone to enjoy.

Attended business conference over a three-day period. Overall set up was comfortable and efficient. The food is lovely, especially when considering it was buffet style every day, as there was enough variety and healthy options were always available. Service was a little slow sometimes, if deviated from the established structure, but overall a good experience.

« Below than I expected from a Sofitel »

This time was a really bad experience. From the low quality of signal on tv, passing trought a dirty bedroom and bed sheets with holes. I never had my room cleaned before 3:00 P.M. and besides the food is better than last year, the service in the restaurant was really poor. One day, I asked for tea and the hot water takes around 20 minutes and came little warm, not hot enough to prepare a proper tea.

« Wonderful Family Weekend »

It was very pleasant to spend the weekend with my family at the hotel. I have two small nephews, one is 10 moths and the other 2 years old, both enjoyed very much. The restaurant was Ok. But there was a small mall right in front of the hotel which we could eat pizza or janpanese food. Strongly recomended for a family trip.

« Comfortable and in an idyllic location »

Everything was very good. I was there to participate at a conference - so, did not have time to enjoy the sport facilities or even to go to the beach. What I would like to know though is if the hotel - or Sofitel - has any policy to support the local community. As everywhere else in Brazil, such a contrast...the luxury at the hotel, the severe poverty 300 meters away ????

Since our arrival, the experience was extremely warm. The checkin took a little longer than I expected but overall it was really good. The dedicated space for children is good for family with kids. The room was spacious and nice - maybe a coffee machine in the unit would be a nice thing to have.

« Excelent beach front hotel near to Sao Paulo. »

Sofitel Jequitimar is a very good resort hotel (might be all inclusive or not) one hour and half from Sao Paulo. The rooms are very comfortable. It is located in a nice beach. We very often go with our grandson or granddaughter that can stay in the same room with free meals and no extras. I highly recommend it.
