It's a fantastic resort and the overall experience is outstanding, however, Brisa Restaurant has a problem. During two different stays, I and my wife got sick after dine or lunch in this restaurant. I know that is a self-service and to the restaurant is difficult to control hygiene, but this experience broke my confidence in the hotel.

The room was stinky, the valet returned my car with concrete stains (it cost me R$300 to remove them) and the staff was not helpful as a top notch hotel should provide. For a 3-star hotel it would be ok, not for this one.

Sofitel stands for high quality in the hospitality sector. However the food quality (specially at lunch and in the hotel bar) were very poor. It wasn’t bad, it was just not a five star hotel standard. The meat in the sandwich tasted like frozen food. Service and infra structure were very good

The environment is great. However, the food at the Brisa restaurant is awful and extremely expensive (especially given its quality and taste). Room cleaning service could be done much earlier in the day.
