The beach is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel looks like it needs better maintenance and to improve/innovate the services offered. The beach is so beutiful but the service on the brach is below average. The outdoor pool was supposed to be warmer than the environment... we checked but the pool water was too cold Because it is a beach-front hotel, we excpected better restaurant/bar service on the beach, as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas etc looked old and needing maitenance. There were no beach beds - something very common to see in hotels on the beach. We've stayed in hotels with a rate much lower than Jequitimar, and the Beach service was outstanding. We were looking forward to eat at the Hotel's Restaurante on the Beach but when we got there we feld disacouraged. No one was there to welcome us, the ambience was not inviting at all, no service ready, no music ... it did not feel right - it looked abandoned, to tell the truth. We excpected to receive much more considering the rates. We honestly left dissatisfied and feeling like we paid way more than

It was a wonderful experience, since the view over the sea and nice islet, the room, the idilic beach - safe and nice to be around with family and friends. Only less positive issue - the room was cold for my taste and the air conditioning works only for cool - not heat.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the hotel the view from the rooms, the beach, the hotel facilities all we great. The only negative that most rooms had a damp smell. I couldn't identify where it came from, maybe some of the wooden furniture.

The hotel has an excellent infrastructure, with several pools, restaurants, bars and beach service. Service and care is majestic, as Sofitel standard. Having stayed in the winter, we could not enjoy many services, because they were closed by the low movement. Breakfast is good but meals are very simple served in a limited buffet

Hi, I have planned this short trip as my Birthday celebration. Despites my comments thought the reservation department, I just felt lack of attention to details. I could invest the money in some many things but I decided to go to one of the best hotels in Brazil. Yes, I got a room upgrade because of the membership and because I'm a travel manager. However the things are felt missing the most where the simple ones, a happy birthday, some smiles. Not sure but the teams during the arrival at night and the day where not that supportive. Being one of the highest cost hotels would not mean to have the best structure, but to be the highest attention to the details level from the team members perspective.

Everything was fine, starting with check-in, where a separate counter for Le Club members made me feel special and Costa, a very nice person, made me feel as if I was been expected and very welcome. He made all efforts to guarantee that our stay would be no less than pleasant. Then, Daniel, who took our luggage to then room, also explained room facilities and wished us a good stay. Everyone in the bars, security, restaurants were friendly, always smiling and very knowledgeable of how to fulfill our needs. There are only 2 points for improvement: the shower was spraying water to the sides, like if it needed a cleaning time in the water holes, which is normal due to the use and calcification.The second is the time that the bar took to bring the snacks that we ordered. Almost 1 hour to prepare fries and fried fish. But, again nothing that would tarn a beautiful and pleasant weekend with friends.

Outstanding stay - hotel is very well located in an almost secluded (at least in June...) beach. Staff is quite attentive and overall atmosphere very pleasant. Restaurant has very good food - highlighting the croissants and cheese in the breakfast. Missing more diet or zero-sugar options.

A hotel that received families should care more about the facilities for kids. Considering that it is not even mentioned in this survey, shows the lack of caring. The kids club is dirty, the chairs for babies at the kids restaurant were filthy and moldy. The air condition system doesn't work (already for 3 years!), the restaurant is extremely cold for any small child. The explanation given was that if they turn off or increase the temperature it leaks water. The same excuse for 3 years. Chair and tables dirty, toys are filthy and some of them broken, specially the toys close to the restaurant. The entire hotel is well taken care, but the kids club is a disaster. Several parents, specially the ones with small kids, shared the same opinion.
