We had a wonderful two nights staying at the Pullman. The Hotel was clean with lovely furnishings. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was so relaxing after a busy day. The Hotel staff were very professional and attentive and quick to please every request.

Issues from walking in I needed to microwave my breakfast and there was no microwave in the room or in around the communal areas Had to get the kitchen to microwave it which sensed to be more than a hassle than it should of been The attendant telling me the time I gave home to microwave it was too long I just wanted a quick and easy meal I can control before I duck to work but it was such a long labourious experience Please get some microwaves even one in the gym My pass didn't work to get in the gym Called the reception to let me in day 1 and again day 2 Coffee machine in gym broken and look like it hasn't been cleaned or checked in ages Gym lacks disinfenctent wipes for equipment . Only saw hand sanitiser on the wall Can't control volume of music played in the gym which was very loud and putting the tv on, you can't hear the tv well

This was our first stay at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park. Mind you, you wouldn't have known this was our first visit. From our initial greeting at reception, through to the ongoing, attention accorded to us by all the staff, we genuinely felt valued and welcomed at the hotel. We had booked for the weekend of the Sydney Rugby Sevens, and were told the hotel was full. Despite full occupancy, at no time were we left waiting for service – the staff effortlessly and professionally provided support like a well-oiled machine. We had booked into a Spa suite with Executive club access. Unfortunately, due to competing requirements, the club was not available. Not to outdone, we were provided, gratis, a two-hour access to tapas and drinks from the Bacar bar. Our room had great views of the Olympic Park precinct and was very spacious. It was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, which made for a great night's sleep. We were fondly farewelled and, as we drove away, were already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a place to stay that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than a number then the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park is the hotel for you.

FIRST I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE EXECUTIVE FLOOR WAS CLOSED FOR THE 3 NIGHTS OF OUR STAY BUT THE FABULOUS SERVICE DOWNSTAIRS OFFERED BY BENJAMIN NICHOLLS AND A CHINESE LAD CALLED GORDON WAS EXTRAORDINARY. THERE WAS A HUGE CHOICE FOR DRINKS AND THE FOOD FROM THE TAPASTRY MENU WAS BETTER THAN WE EVER EXPECTED. WE DIDN'T GET TO USE THE OFFERINGS ON THE EVENING OF 3RD FEB AS WE WERE AT THE RUGBY 7'S AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING SO I DIDN'T NEED TO PAY THE EXTRA $80 ON TOP OF USING MY COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT FROM ACCOR PLUS. EVEN THOUGH MY FRIENDS FOUND A BRAND NEW MERITON ALL SUITE HOTEL FOR A MUCH LOWER RATE THAN THE BASIC ROOM AT THE PULLMAN WE WERE GLAD WE DIDN'T FOLLOW THEM AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK VERY SOON. We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Pullman. I was chosen as ‘Guest of the Day’ which was rather sweet. If I’d known I was going to receive a platter of brownies I might’ve tried to arrive a little earlier! But alas, I forgot my concert tickets so we were in a bit of a rush. Concert (Slash. In case you’re too young, he was the lead guitarist of Guns N Roses & is a very talented musician in his own right) was great & then we had a wonderful nights sleep which was only interrupted by my partner getting up to pee in the night. I’m not a fan of the glass window into the bathroom-why is that the new hotel trend? I don’t mind seeing my partner do his business, but I’d really prefer NOT TO. This is no fault of the staff at the Pullman, and they were spectacular-right down to the lovely Asian gentlemen hosting the buffet breakfast on Tuesday 29/1-I asked for 2 eggs & a hash brown from the a la carte menu. I received 2 eggs & twelve hash browns! Hahaha, I only wanted one, not a dozen-but damn it was good tho! Overall, a great stay!
