We regret to learn about the temperature control issues you encountered. Although our rooms are equipped with individual heating and air conditioning adjustment, it seems we fell short in ensuring your comfort this time. Additionally, we are concerned about the noise disturbances you reported. Our hotel is designed with double glazing to minimize external noise, yet it appears that the tranquility of your stay was compromised, for which we are truly sorry.
