I was to this hotel during 10 days in October 2019. All employees were very nice and you can ask them everything if you need something. My general feeling of this hotel is good. The room was OK bu it is a shame that it does not have any opening Window on the room. Moreover there is a little bad smell un the room and the remonte of the TV did not work very well. But nothing very serious. During the first days the water was not very hot but after it was ok. The restaurant was good too.the buffet is delicious with lots of variety of food. But if you wan to order at la carte... be patient - very patient. The barbecue next to the swimming pool was very very good.

I had just come from the Leela and had paid a very similar hotel rate and cost for food. My room was dirty, the staff seemed disinterested, the food very average, the fitout was poor, sheets were pilly. Had to wait 20 mins for my room to be available. I don't think it was cleaned properly as a result. All in all once of my worst hotel experiences and felt that the cost of accommodation and food was far beyond the value offered.

It is clean room and service at room and restaurant. I had very enjoyed the stay. But the magnetic room card was not worked well at the elevator. I changed the cord two times. Please improve it.

I booked and stayed in Accor property for 1st time. My experience was quite good and I like the atmosphere. Being a 1st time guest, I was not sure What all facilities I can use and how I can use those facilities. The stay was very comfortable. I only have few minor feedback. Pls keep a house slipper in the room. I dint bring one and it was quite cold without the slipper. Also the cupboards were a bit smelly. Maybe coz of the wood. The entertainment channels were very less. Most of them were only Hindi channels so got a bit bored. Shd hv more regional language channels. Otherwise everything else was very good.

i stay in other hotels in India when I visit . This I would say is lower end of hotels and service compared to what you can get in India. If it was not for location I would probably not stay there. example: was accompanied showed to room than person went down room key did not work surely you enter room with customer make sure all works? Than telephone did not work, TV remote battery out ...small things that all add up

I stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Here is my overall experience 1) Food was quite bad. I ordered Pompret for dinner. It was stale. Never seen such a bad quality product served in any other 5-star hotel. 2) It took very long to serve dinner. I had to call multiple times and finally it got served after an hour. It was same experience for other colleagues who were in this hotel. 3) Even buffet dinner was not a good experience. Food served were not up to the mark.

Room and facilities were satisfactory! I enjoyed the use of the gym, pool and jacuzzi. Pleasantly surprised that the jacuzzi was heated. Breakfast was good, even had the dinner buffet for one night and a few drinks at the lounge. I would like to commend the hotel for using glass bottles for the complementary water in the rooms! If I were to nitpick about something, it's the Novotel channel on tv. Not the channel itself, but the default volume that it's set at makes it very shocking as the Novotel channel music is very loud. I would suggest lowering it as it happens every time I turn the tv on.
