« Amazing weekend stay for my 18th birthday. »

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with plenty of great facilities to use. We enjoyed the relaxing spa and pool area each night of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival was made very welcome. Staff gave me a free upgrade to my room. The room was large clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very close to transport links which ment we were in central London in a few minutes.

Lovely room and location .Clean. Nice facilities. The only criticism I would make is there is no sink in the toilet. Unhygienic in that you need to go to a separate bathroom , and if someone is occupying this, you are unable to wash your hands. Poor planning.

« Comfortable facilities, a few opportunities to personalize for me, but overall satisfied »

Enjoyed the convenient location, delicious breakfast and amenities at hotel. Just a few pieces could have been improved for me, personally. The room was quite warm and I was unable to make it cooler, even after turning the heat off from my room controls. This made it hard for me to sleep, but I do appreciate this degree of control is not always possible. Appreciated the exercise facilities, but do wish there had been fans available as it was quite warm for a comfortable work out experience.

I'm coming to this hotel for several years. every time i'm asking to have a room with a room that is not with another building of 4m in the front. I never have the feeling it's heard because i always have a 2nd or 1st floor room, with no view.

Good comfortable rooms and nice helpful staff. But novotel paddington is not a good hotel for staying for 3+ nights, but great for overnight or max 2/3 nights. I stayed for 10 nights. Food is boring with no variation at all. Bteakfast is the same with just one item changing every day - that too a small portion is available. Too much standardisation is killing customer experience in this particular branch of Novotel. Offcourse this model would work well if most of your guests stay overnight or 2/3 nights at max for whom the hotel will be great!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Novotel London Paddington. The staff welcomed us with a decorated plate with dessert for the both of us, also with a note wishing us a wonderful anniversary. I would like to thank the staff for cooperating with my partner with his surprises - you did a good job! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna; it was clean and it was only two of us there. The hotel is also very close to London Paddington station, which makes it very accessible! I also ordered cocktails at their bar, which was bitter for me and the staff was more than happy to add more juice and at the end, she gave me another drink so I could enjoy the experience with them. My only concerns are the AC and shower space. We decided to use the AC on our last night, however we didn’t feel the room was getting cooler in room 1121, instead, we decided to open the window which also mean we could hear the noises outside. Also, the shower area was just a little tight for me, as I prefer a more open space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again.
