We had an unbelievable trip in this fantastic hotel ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast delicious! This was a great place to discover London by public transport. Indeed, the bus stop and underground (Paddington station) were about 5 minutes walk from the hotel! We highly recommand this hôtel which provide all services you can dream such as calm swimming pool, sauna or steam room. All in the heart of London. A kind person who was always available to help us and take care of us and the organization of our trip ! Thank you again ! People working there had plenty of attentions for us and above all we want to thank Camille which gave us all we needed and a lot of advices to visit London Sasha & P

Hotel is clean and efficient, good gym, good kitchen. Service in the restaurant and bar could be a little friendlier. I was told off by one of the waiters for no reason really.

Room wasnt ready for 4 people on check in. Had to ask for extra towels and tea bags constantly over the weekend. We were supposed to have birthday celebrations on arrival which didn't appear.

Overall, it was fine. the carpers in the room should be replaced. lots of stains and it made the room feel dirty. Found it odd that dirty coffee cups and glasse didn't get replaced in the room on several days. my keys quit working on a daiy basis, even when i was sure to keep them away from phone or other electromagnetic influecnes.
