« Magnificent stay »

As an Accor employee I knew what to expect from an Accor property. However, the entire Team at the Novotel London Paddington did a fantastic job. I was staying at the property with my better half for 3 nights. We have been given a complimentary upgrade with a beautiful view as well as a bottle of wine; very pleasant surprise after arriving. From Check-In to Check-Out everything was nothing short of perfect; the Team understands the true meaning of hospitality. Beside being in an ideal location right next to London Paddington Rail and Underground station and a Sainsburys we were able to enjoy our vacation being hosted by wonderful staff!!! I will definitely stay here again next time and would recommend this property to everyone visiting London either for Business or vacation. Very efficient, polite and professional staff from Housekeeping to the Front Desk. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and see you soon.

We chose Novotel Paddington as our base for a 2-night stay in London. From check-in, which we were able to do early thanks to the very helpful reception staff, through to the overall friendly and welcoming feel of the hotel, our experience at Novotel Paddington was exceptional. The surrounding area known as Paddington Central was lovely with great bars and restaurants well within walking distance of the hotel.

Great place, especially for families, in Paddington. Check in was easy and even early. The rooms were quite hot, and the AC didn't seem to cool them off much, but that was the only down side.

Nice friendly hotel in pleasant surroundings next to the canal with several good bars and restaurants nearby including the newly opened Pergola complex. Helpful staff, well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. Genuinely dog friendly. There was no effective air conditioning which made for an uncomfortably hot night in this heatwave.

the receptionist asked me for a card for pre authorization of the money only next day she deducted the money by her own without telling me although she promised not to deduct money except after my approval as i was willing to pay with another card and this act costs me extra charges from the bank 140 SR the bed sheets and covers were not clean the design of the toilet was very bad

Beautiful hotel, lovely quiet area in London, you wouldn't think you were in the centre of London. Room was very comfortable and clean, staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Easy access to the tube station and main rail station, only a 5 minute walk from them. You wouldn't think you were that close to Paddington station, extremely quiet. Will definitely stay there again, a gem of a hotel.

Booked this after being given a Buy a Gift voucher. Thought We would try somewhere different in London for our weekend break. We were not disappointed. What a cool area. Bars restaurants, Little Venice, the canal, barge bars. To top it off the hotel was great too. Scorching weather,30 degrees all weekend. The down side was the aircon in the room was not good enough to cope with the high temp so it was boiling in the room all night. The brekkie made up for it though. Yum yum. Will definately stay again.
