« OK but could improve »

The rooms was OK but there were a few things that could improve the stay 1. 2 pillows per person. The pillows provided were flat and had to request extra to be comfortable. 2. The toilet was incredibly small. I am average size and struggled to just fit in. Very claustrophobic. 3. Room was hot and the air cooling system did not work

It was super windy and a scaffold almost fell over our car. The airplanes from Heathrow fly over very low and start each morning at 6AM. In de morning there was a sharp urine smell coming out of the shower drain. There was a pit in the matrass. It's our worst Ibis experience. We wouldn't come back to Houndslow.

« Good But can be better! »

Clean Rooms. Very Well located in Hounslow Central in terms of connectivity with public transport. Great access to shopping area. However, rooms need to have a Hot Water Jug, a phone service to reception for emergency issues. A few days at night, there was lots of noise by the other guests loitering outside!

The hotel was fine as was the breakfast. The only problem was trying to find a car park at 65 Grove Road. The sat nav brought us to a car park across the road beside a pub. It didn't seem right so I walked to the reception and learned that the car park is adjacent to the hotel on Staines Road. the person at reception did not know what I was talking about until I showed him the email which advised to park at 65 Grove Road. His response was that we should park beside the hotel and that was fine. I suggest that the message on the email should be replaced by another advice reading that the car park is adjacent to the hotel. We lost 20/30 minutes driving around looking for the car park. Everything else was fine.

Room was too small for 3 people. No privacy to get showered and changed, which makes it uncomfortable travelling with a 12 yr old girl. We new it would be basic, but expected a little more room. The pictures on the booking site are misleading. We did not expect to live out of a suitcase for 5 days. The bed linen was not changed for the duration of our stay. Would not recommend staying unless for 1 or 2 nights at most.

I came with my family and we had different views. My family loved the hotel. Thought that it was perfectly placed as it was close to the underground and on the well deserved Piccadilly line. They thought that the breakfast was superb and that the lobby was welcoming. My views are a bit different but overall good (might be biased because I work in a hotel). I thought that the hotel was well positioned, close the the underground and high street. The breakfast was very good (price to quality), i booked two rooms and they did not allocate them on the same floor, my bedding request was fulfilled, bedroom was comfy however my sheet had a hole, the lobby/reception area had paint chipping off the black window sill. There was one tall blond receptionist that was not the friendliest of them all. Very cold but got the job done. Seliva (hopefully i spelled it correct) was a gem. Very engaging. I witnessed her help out a flustered couple by offering the hold and distract their crying baby while they sorted things out to leave. So overall it all balances out to a good stay. I would come back if I do not get a cheaper hotel closer to london central.

« Two room changes and both rooms flooded with wall tiles falling off »

This was a total nightmare stay. Every night I could not sleep due to flooding and could not shower due to water regulator issues. Then there was tiles that fell off and just missed me whilst trying to have a shower. I have images There were issues no or limited food for continental breakfast on day two and there was stale inedible crossiant meant breakfast was awful

10 minutes walk from the Underground. Tesco express next door and right in the centre. Weatherspoons 2 minute walk. Hotel is budget ( bring your own toiletries). Very good price. The only thing I really missed was a kettle, but you can't have everything. Daily room service too.
