Check in helped by Ima, a super friendly front office staff. The room was bigger than most ibis room and clean. Sadly no bolster was available like what shown in the picture but extra pillow was provided. No toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, you should bring your own. Location was the best! Located in the heart of Semarang where Simpang Lima was in walking distance.
