The experience was okay, i faced a few issues this time for instance twice or thrice i had to call housekeeping to send hand towel for my washroom as there were only bath towels in room. Sometimes there used to be only one coffee sachet and at times there were three so i couldn't understand the pattern. Another interesting thing that i noticed was that on some days the cleaning of carpet was not done properly. But since i used to stay out of hotel most of the time, these things didn't matter to me during my stay. Other than these points it was a nice experience!

Very comfortable to stay there for 3 days. The hotel is clean and provides all you need. Staff were good like Jefferson it is located just some steps away from emirates mall which is very convenient and vibrant at night. However that location is always crowded so that you often have to pay high fare price to go arround by grab or taxi.

« Great Location and poor service »

Location wise, its great hotel for stay. However service wise i don't think so. I didnot feel like staff are there to serve guests(may be) Neither i was suggested, nor helped. Telephone was not picked up for long, transferring calls from 1 place to another with no help. I still remember after 1 and half months of staying there and still dont want to remember that stay. And i dont think will be back.. Thanks guys for leaving me 1 no option to select hotels.

Everything was great in this hotel located near two metro stations. The staff was nice and very helpful. I was able to use the swimming-pool and the towels were offered. There was plenty to eat at breakfast. The place is very clean. I was given a non-smoker bedroom. I appreciated the free left-luggage service. I recommend this hotel for stays in Dubai.

I've always stayed at Ibis Hotels after staying at the one in Luxembourg. The prices are reasonable especially for tourist who hardly stay indoors. At Dubai, Mall of the Emirates. I sent an email prior to arriving for them to do something special for my 10th wedding anniversary....and they designed the bed for I and my wife's arrival...It was very beautiful. The customer service was wonderful as well. The only downside to our stay was the Canteen. It was not up to standard with regards to the food options....The scrambled egg was appalling 3 days in a row....compared to the ones we cook at home and the ones we have eaten at other hotels....How can you even call that scrambled eggs..... Anyway, customer service was on point at the hotel and the manager ensured we were fine every time he encountered us at the hall way or reception.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, the location was also good. What was not satisfactory was old equipment in the toilets (toilet seat looked dirty and was broken, the toilet itself was old and had broken places, the bed sheets were old and worn out and had holes on several places. The carpet looked old.

Firstly there was no valet parking - parking not easy to find in the dark as signage very small and hotel entrance not well signed once you’ve found the car park . No one to help with luggage either . There was only 1 towel in my room - no hand towels . The restaurant wasn’t open when I needed a meal late afternoon . I’ll stick to the Ibis One Central in future as they provide a much better service

My only comment is that the odour or smell in rooms is not comfortable. In other words, i have to change 3 rooms because of the in apporopriate/humidity smell in the rooms. It is not a problem of cleaning or housekeeping. The source of the smell could be from carpet or from air conditioning.
