Arrived at hotel around mid night for few hours of sleep Checked in and got key from my room. When I entered the room, it was already occupied (midnight) head downstairs and complain with front desk. Got new room and key. When I tried to entered the room, key was not working. Need to head back to front desk to complain. all of this happening during late night.

I was in Novotel Buenos Aires for the first and the last time. I went for a Business trip, I checked out late night and at the following morning the hotel had no water, non, any. So I could not use water, took a shower or any other human need. Of course the hotel haven't notified me about this condition and waited to me to call them to let me know. The room service is any other topic. They have a special understanding of the Club Sandwich (not specifying his understanding) that has no chicken. At the check out the hotel charges you twice waiting to the credit card processing

What a breath of fresh air, after a trying night at another hotel chain! Even though this hotel is on a busy avenue in the middle of the theatre district, one would never notice; the hotel staff are very helpful with arriving guests, and their luggage. Through the double glass doors of the foyer, neutral Eurostyling and silence await. Special thanks to Julian at the front desk, who arranged for a member of the maintenance staff (on duty 1pm, 10.08.18) to repair the wheels of one of our Rimowas with rivets, allowing a seamless continuance to our trip. In the room, the immediate, sterile smell of cleanliness, where everything works; glass-walled shower with privacy blind, separate toilet, and amazing closet space. A couple of comfortable lounge chairs complete the very silent space. The pool area has a beautiful vertical garden as a backdrop, and drinks and meals may be taken there, as well as a cigarette! The restaurant has a surprisingly varied, and tasty menu at reasonable prices. All staff are courteous, and determined to help wherever possible. To their credit, they manage to remain invisible while doing so. We'd been here before some years hence, but we'll make sure our next absence is MUCH shorter.

« There are some details that have to be improved in the room. I was in the room #611. »

Regarding all the employees attitude, I am completely satisfied. They were ready to answer to my needs. Prompt and correct behaviour. As said before, there are some details that have to be fixed in the rooms (and paliers). The placards doors make noise and they didn't close properly. The TV image was very very bad. This should be improved definitely. In addition to that, my original reservation was from 10/06. I arrived 11/06 since my flight was cancelled but I called the Hotel 10/06 early in the morning to inform such situation. The person in the front desk registered that I was arriving one day later. But when I paid my invoice, it has been considered from the 10/06 while - from my understanding - it should be from 11/06. Could you please clarify this? Thanks.

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast could do with some rotation of hot items, but was overall quite good. The restaurant staff at breakfast was friendly and the front desk staff was helpful. Corrientes main road outside was a little messy but the convenient location of your hotel more than makes up for it.
