Few problems during the stay : likege of water from toilets in the night with carpet of the room very wet afeter for two days without proposing to change the room . Average buffet and no other choice à la carte in the restaurant. No excuse from management for the problem in the room .

The room’s phone wasn’t working, the night light by the bed was torn off and the room cleaning service wasn’t great. I wouldn’t come back and stay here if it was up to me nor will I recommend it to anyone. The Hotel needs serious help!

Good location and overall accommodation but It became more of a budget choice. You have to order your slippers, some extra shower jel and towels. They don’t leave any in the room. Their response to orders is not quick too; I had to call twice to make it happen. Beside, the toilet and the overall room looks needs some update.

It was a nice stay in a very good hotel. Well maintained and (if any issues these have been quickly resolved) more than sufficient rooms. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing I considered strange was the selection of the drink that was offered to me for free (being an A-Club member), as first I was asked to choose something from the menu just to be told that in reality I can choose between Orange Juice and Orange Juice.

Ignoring me I had call with reception at night after arrival because of 2 small bottle not enough for me he told me I have to pay extras for that for one bottle water and will back to me with update after back to management ?
