It staff were very pleasent, helpful, and professionl. But the food was bad, the thing that i didn't like is that i go to the breakfast at 9 am everyday and some dishes on the buffet are empty like cheese ,smoked turkey .. etc and no addition is made to those dishes! It is supposed whenever i get to the breakfast hall even if at the last hour, i should found all the items available Also the items diversity were limited.

This trip includes my booking 1 day personal( from expedia) and 4 day with business. They helped merge the room. Although our room was not available yet with the early morning flight, but they have a cozzy space to refresh ourselves or taking showers. Its quite nice. I love their breakfast, there are 4 more kinds of salads. Room services are generous about drinking water (they accumulated during our stay that we can even play a Bowling) But Me missed the 1st day airport pick up and arrived with Uber. Maybe the airport was too big to see their signs. I think an active contact while missing their guests would be better.

Overall good experience. Minor things that were a little inconvenient which requires very little from the hotel, but would improve the guests experience. Only one bath towel was provided in the room. I used the face/hand towel once and placed it in the bath tub for replacement. When I got back in the room, it was removed and not replaced. The facial paper tissues were nicely folded, but the box was empty. The folded tissue was a nice touch covering an empty box. The second day, after the room was made, the same happened. Empty tissue box, with one tissue paper hanging out. I called housekeeping for an iron and ironing board, I was impressed when it arrived in less than 5 minutes. I left it in the room for housekeeping to remove during the room turnover, but it was left in the room. I left it outside the room and informed housekeeping, but it stayed in front of my door till the second morning. I locked my safe box and couldn't open it due to an error (most probably I forgot the key) and decided to call housekeeping to send someone to open it. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I called again to inform housekeeping that I had to go out and couldn't afford to wait anymore. Finally, I managed to convince the receptionist to extend my checkout time till 1300. I rushed out of the conference at 1230, to find that my key didn't work anymore. Waiting for the elevator and the crowded front desk, my key was replaced at 12:50. I had to rush up to the room and back. These are all small issues that can be fixed with a little bit of extra attention to details. Finally, I hope this feedback is used in the spirit it was intended- continuous improvement, and not to apportion blame or liability to anyone.

« Management went over and above expectation »

I must commend the management and staff at the Novotel they are very professional and courteous and cannot do enough for there clientele. After my previous stay they were fantastic where I had a few issues which were resolved to my complete satisfaction. My wife and myself had a very enjoyable stay at the Novotel Barsha. Although the hotel is in need of an upgrade related to stained carpets and maintenance of irons and iron boards the staff go out of there way to be pleasant and mannerly. Thank you to you all and I look forward to seeing you all again in Dec 2019.

« A decent hotel that can do much better! »

The initial check in turned out to be quite good. I was happy with that, as I had an early check-in and the front desk officer assisted in giving me a half-board. I was happy with that. Beyond that, i was rather disappointed in my entire stay. I felt that I was staying in student housing...it was chaotic. The breakfast, while tasty, was a zoo. Apparently, i was told that i can't even collect my Accor HOtel points!!! That was quite disapointing.

Housekeeping service was very poor. I called several times in the night (around 11 PM) and there were no response. After repeating several ties, someone picked the call and told that he will send the dental kit I requested. However, it didn't come and I had to call again in morning to get the same.

it was OK , really people support me for early check in , latest check out as i am holding silver card for accor hotel group but this only 1 mistake happened , when i checked in i drooped my bag in the room , and went for a meeting when i came back i didn't find my bags ,,, etc in the room i shocked , i went again to reception , they shifted to other room by mistake and i waited till it return bag again to my room they didn't accept to add any points to my account , because it was not direct booking
