I am staying in your hotel regularly. Howether, this time it was absolutely not happy with your deposit system. The staff did not say what deposit receipt should keep during the stay and present upon check out. Moreother the deposit receipt was not given to us for one of room. And we had a huge problem to get it back upon checking out. Very disappointed with rudeness and bad manner of check-out staff. For the next stay most probably will choose another hotel.

The room and breakfast was good enough for the price. However, when we checked in to our rooms, the reception people we not welcoming as expected. I also requested to have the accor rewards points credited to my member account because i booked for the 4 rooms using my card but this was not allowed. Left a bad taste actually. Hope this can be rectified.
