« Staff very professional in their duties, particularly the front office, entry/egress from the carpark was also well above he norm with security being most helpful. »

Whilst the room was fairly good with limited noise issues we had forgotten our phone/computer/ iPad charger. as a suggestion perhaps an upgrade General power outlet (GPO) to accomodate a usb charging port. Front office staff were Quite warm and welcoming and it was nice when they remember our name and also that of our little dog.

Staff were friendly and courteous during check in and out. Rooms are typically IBIS. The room did looked old and tired. Nevertheless, It was a meant as a staging night as my flight was at 7am in the morning. Good

I had a seamless check-in. My platinum status was recognized as per the limits of the Ibis brand. Late arrival and early departure stay. On the departure day I just had time to have breakfast before heading to the airport. I gave my room number to the restaurant manager and signed the breakfast bill then went to my room to pick -up my luggage. On my way back, the restaurant manager was anxiously waited for me at the elevator foyer to beg me to pay for my breakfast bill cash. When I made inquiries to the head at the reception, she blantly told me without eye contact that I had not made a deposit at check-in time!!!! Isn’t it the duty of the receptionist at check-in to do so? So she was just throwing her responsility on the guest. Any justification seem to be given to a guest these days even the most futile one. Whatever your status, the guest is considered a crook until/unless you pay your breakfast cash.

The room was very damp. With air conditioning, bed sheet was cold and uncomfortable (due to humidity). Exhaust fan in bathroom was not functioning. Breakfast quality was quite ok the first day of my stay but less so the next day.

Easy to go around Bangkok with MRT(subway) station nearby. Room is fine but the light is too dark. Internet is ok. Breakfast is good.

« Decent room and good location »

Good experience overall. The room was decent and the bed was comfy enough. However, the shower head needs to be repaired. It seemed broken that the water came out from the tube. It was still usable though, so I did not bring this up to reception. The shuttle service is very convenient.

The hotel room was generally clean and well kept. Yet the biggest problem is that the window CANNOT be opened, with the consequence that the air can get foul and damp esp. after taking a shower, which also points to another problem with the ventilation system in the room and bathroom.

It was the third time, when our family stayed in the Ibis Sathorn. The main reason why we choose this particular hotel, when we visit Bangkok is great value of money and quality. The location is very convenient to take MRT to go any part of the shopping area and nightlife. The hotel is very clean and the room attendance have done a good job of cleaning. Just outside the hotel there a lot of foods to eat with reasonable price. Easily can get meter taxi and the staff and security personnel are very friendly.

« Nice Buget Hotel »

Great hospitality received by the hotel. Although it is not very closed to the MRT, 7 to 10 mins walk, it is still nice to stay with. Front desk staff is really nice and efficient. Check-in and out are really quick. Breakfast buffet is good for its level. Room is neat and cozy. Great hotel for budget travellers. I always stay with this hotel at least a few days when I visit Bangkok periodically. I like it.

Hotel personnel very professional and guest orientated. Rooms adequate and clean, Even though it was slightly far from the closes it was durable. Plenty of small restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as taxis that the security guard would flag them for yous. Overall a pleasant experience.

The stay was wonderful, staff were helpful, and honest. Might need to get around by taxi quite a bit as location is a little hard to get to. Clean room and comfortable beds. Nice local food just barely a minute walk from the main entrance.
