« WiFi was not good in the room. A couple of staffs was not friendly. »

The WiFi was not working well in the room and a couple of staffs were not friendly. Can't expect alot due to the price paid but in comparison with Ibis Style Batam Nagoya which I stayed before (almost the same pricing), there is a huge difference in service and friendliness. Was expecting a better service as hotel is under the Accor hotel group. Ventilation fan in the room's bathroom was not working. I was assigned a room and did ask for a room change but was rejected. Reason provided was that hotel is fully booked, but during my stay, I do see quite a few vacant rooms. Was not provided an upgrade too. After my stay at Ibis I moved onto a IHG hotel nearby (fully claimed with points) and was provided with better quality service and a nice room upgrade.

Well, helpful staff at the reception! I didn't get what I booked but they managed the following day. The selection at the Breakfast was boring after two days. Same stuff again and again! Waste of money! Renovation, noise at the lobby without informing the guests in advance! Suddenly the lobby shrank in to half the size! Very annoying! Family rooms were perfect for big families; double room with pool view is the best for couples and singles. Clean and bright rooms. Some staff can be friendlier

Poor staff service counter! We asked to replace the 2 towels clean, noting that the allocation is only 2 per day! In the bath there is no shampoo, only soap! The rooms are not kept to a high standard! Early in the morning, noise was already making noise because of the renovation you were making at the hotel

Upon arrival we were informed of a deposit that needed to be paid yet never once mentioned prior. There was renovations the whole time which was very loud. The breakfast buffet needs a bit more variety, scrambled eggs bacon etc.. the staff were all lovely, housekeeping were amazing. Would come back again, just little things that were off putting but over all was a nice stay.

Value for money hotel. Walking distance to mosque and halal food available nearby. Can walk to the beach too. Spacewise the room is a bit small, without any writing table, have to put small items on top of tv.

I was not given a room upgrade when I stayed at Ibis Phuket Patong even though I was an Accor Plus Gold member and when I checked in I also checked through the Accor Hotel application that the one level room above the room I booked was still available. Very disappointing even though I also asked the front office and still don't want to give a room upgrade.
