Location and overall facilities are good under such price. Breakfast is over expectation The Check-in staff ( man ) is very nice. I booked two rooms which were inter-linked, that's very convenience for my family. It would be more happy if slipper could be provided.

Ibis Patong Phuket was just great. Clean and fresh rooms, good wifi, ac, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is 200 meters from the beach. A simple walk to the beach. Ibis Patong is located in the northern part of Patong. A more silent area. Not far from a 7eleven store. Many restaurants is close to the hotel. I recommend this hotel very much.

Very satisfied with hotel room and all requests regarding cleaning and extra items. Not very happy with rule regarding only swimming until 19h00. Breakfast also not very wide variety. Otherwise overall experience was acceptable.

« WiFi was not good in the room. A couple of staffs was not friendly. »

The WiFi was not working well in the room and a couple of staffs were not friendly. Can't expect alot due to the price paid but in comparison with Ibis Style Batam Nagoya which I stayed before (almost the same pricing), there is a huge difference in service and friendliness. Was expecting a better service as hotel is under the Accor hotel group. Ventilation fan in the room's bathroom was not working. I was assigned a room and did ask for a room change but was rejected. Reason provided was that hotel is fully booked, but during my stay, I do see quite a few vacant rooms. Was not provided an upgrade too. After my stay at Ibis I moved onto a IHG hotel nearby (fully claimed with points) and was provided with better quality service and a nice room upgrade.
