The Breakfast menu needs improvement, specially for the guests who are staying more than 3 days. It's the continental menu is always the same. Indian is pathetic to taste.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Pattaya. The hotel is located centrally amongst the most important places to visit nearby. It was very easy and convenient to hop skip and jump to places from Ibis. Rooms The rooms were neatly made up with all the facilities provided in house. I have stayed to couple of other Ibis in India too, they just have very great sense of taste in maintaining the rooms at very reasonable cost. Food Breakfast was too good. Yet again I enjoyed the morning breakfast which had good variety of spread and more importantly many options for Vegetarian food. Hospitality This is definitely one place where I would rate this hotel 1p on 10. All the staff were so helpful and gave me and my wife such over whelming response that I could not ask for anything better. Special thanks to this most beautiful person I must have see in entire Pattaya - Jasmine at the reception counter. She was so great in our conversation where I needed help on the routes to travel back to Bangkok. She gave me crystal clear options that would suit my needs and more importantly she suggested me few more places to visit. I hope to see her again when I visit Ibis Pattaya. Lots of thanks and regards to her. Travel desk This counter too had good lady who helped us book the tour for Noong Noch village. The tour was amazing and the service through which she had booked us was also great. I would sincerely like to thank Accor group for yet again giving me a great experience in my stay.

The check in process was slow and disorganised and seemed to take ages whereas other hotels can do it more expediently. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered was basic and very limited in terms of choice and variety. The same menu choices wre offered each day of our stay with no variation. The bar seemed to lack some beer choices as "they had run out" and would not, for whatever reason, replenish. A selection of beers instead of only Heinehen would be better.

This is 2nd time I am visiting this hotel, overall its good. Below are the suggestions from my end to make customer happy. - You will see customers all over world, especially from india. If possible kindly arrange tooth paste, brush,comb and soap(not all in one liquid). - Kindly add some indian food to the menu which will be added advantage for us. - Also, allow people to drink near swimming pool. - Include smoking zone for every floor so that people wont go out side hotel in mid night and smoke. apart from above I don't see any issues.
