It was pleasant stay. Stuffs are too friendly. Rooms are clean, Breakfast was good. All through neat and clean. I stayed at 759 and privacy was good. Room Service also excellent.

« Good Hotel with good staff and nice location! »

The experience was good. Only thing we didn't like was that the room was very compact and even the Balcony was very compact. Further, I would like to suggest that as many Indians are visiting and staying at your Hotel, it would be very nice if you could offer at least 2-3 veg Indian food items in breakfast instead of one single item as currently being offered.

« I had many stay with IBIS and Novotel but sorry to say this one was really not worth it. »

I have been a regular customer of Accor hotels and staed in IBIS and Novotel previously at IBIS Bengluru, IBIS Styles Amsterdam, Novotel Airport Warsaw, Novotel Hyderabad and IBIS Styles Bangkok. But staying at Pattaya was not worth experiencing. 1. Room 325- A small room where there was a pillar in between. Difficult to walk in the room. Lugguage space was not proper. Very difficult for a small family accommodation. 2. Staff behaviour (Extremely sorry to mention) was not cordial. It was my first experience like this so far at any IBIS. Probably Pattaya is tourist destination so there is no dearth of customers, So customer satisfaction is not a prime concern. Staff (Mostly) were not very responsive and polite as it should be. I would say they were rude but not polite.

The front desk team was amazing, all smiling at all times. Café team needs to be more proactive & smiling, it was as if we were pushing them to serve us and take orders. Please get the travel desk in order as its a big let down as we feel cheated and paid 550 Bhat extra to more than what was promised to us by the lady there. She was more inclined towards minting money from customers.

In addition, it is regret to learn that tour counter staff treated you with unprofessional manner. This counter service is operated by the third party and having a rented space at the hotel. « Room is not so clean. There is so dusty under bed »

I was first wonder when go check in because of they didn't prepare benefit of my membership. My membership status recorded in system but they overlooked to pay attention on it. Secondly, I kept my suitcase under bed and found unclean condition there. Lastly, liquid soap is given just a quarter in container which is not enough for using. I have to use my own liquid soap. Anyway, I do hope that you listen this comment and raise to be improvement. Thank you.

- The service from staffs is really appreciated! - Good location which is surrounded by many convenient stores, food center and Central Marina shopping mall. -The only matters I am curious... There is no oral care amenities, hair shampoo (only liquid soap available) and slippers provided in room which I can use them at any other IBIS around the world.

Decent room n clean with basic necessities. Breakfast is poor n insufficient food varieties. Lift is rather slow n aircon is a little bit noisy. Need some hangers that can be used outside the cupboard for drying purpose.
