It was all good in general bit just the swimmng pool was to small if compared with how many guest who stayed at the hotel. When I was there it was a group of Indians people they were at the pool and in the trouble and so lound but no security there so I have called to the reception to informed then security has been there it would be better if there always security gard.

Only problem was i didnt have access to the hotel wifi which is included in my booking. No wifi password was even given to me by the front office staff when i checked in. Luckily i stay in Thailand so i can use my own sim card internet.

I had stayed in IBIS Bencoolen Singapore earlier and expected a similar sort of stay - though most of the parameters were ticked but cleanliness in the restaurant and breakfast left lot to be desired. Also most guest here come from Asian subcontinent and are very loud affecting others privacy

The hotel is very successful. At breakfast a lot of customers. The management of the hotel must be more attentive. But not enough staff to clean the tables, no replacement of the setup to welcome new customers, if you breakfast at 8.30, you must go from table to table to take a spoon, a knife or a fork, and napkin . And then some time ago your staff said "sorry out of stock". I really like the staff of Ibis Pattaya , but the MANAGEMENT must help the breakfast team. And please do not say "but we have a lot of customers". Anyway I will come back, but not sure for the stressful breakfast. A bientot
